Twilight star Robert Pattinson was celebrating the success of the movie with some drinks and smokes at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont late Monday night. When Robert came out he looked completely wasted but the good news is that he didn’t get behind the wheel and didn’t do anything stupid.

Not only is he a legal adult, there is no evidence that he’s “completely wasted” from this picture- he looks like his normal confused but hot self. He probably had a couple of drinks and someone wanted to make a big deal out of it.

I hope Kailey was being sarcastic, really! Like everyone has said, Rob’s 22 which is above the legal drinking age and he didn’t do anything stupid like drive after drinking. Plus, can you really tell if a person is “completely wasted” by a mere photograph?!?!?! There is nothing wrong with a few drinks now and then. He’s young - let him be young and enjoy life!

It looks dark out in the picture, and even if he wasn’t drunk but was still ‘partying’ it would most likely be late, so maybe he’s tired. People don’t always have to assume the worst right off the bat. BUT even if he is drunk, what’s the big deal?? Last time i checked the legal age to drink in England is 18, and the legal age in the u.s is 21, and he is older than that in both cases.
