I find it strange how they are almost all on disney, otherwise nickelodeon. I think the only two that deserve to be there are Kristen Stewart and Jordin Sparks. I guess Miley and Taylor, blah blah but theyre so over rated. Like Jamie-Lynn, shes 4th because she was on Zoey 101 (which is not really popular), had a baby (many people her age have children, so what?), and is engaged to the father of the baby, good for her. I think Daniel Radcliffe should have DEFINITELY been in the list.
