Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens Engaged??

High School Musical stars Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron have been dating forever, which means ever since we laid eyes on the high school cuties therefore since they became famous.
Reportedly Zac has popped the question – one knee, ring and all that jazz - but Zac might have ulterior motives. It seems like he is trying to fool Vanessa’s strict mother, who is not too happy about them living together before marriage. The couple is planning to get hitched in 2010.
Congratulations to the happy couple!! By the way, Zac and Vanessa both looked drop dead gorgeous at the 2009 Oscars this Sunday.

well i hope its true but it seems like her mother is pushing them to because they are going to live together before marriage and i know from my mom that her mom pushed her to get married when she was going to move out with her boyfriend and they werent married and the got divorced 10 years later. I just dont think they should get married if her mom disagrees about them getting married they should get married when they feel its write

idk why ya’ll are flipping out, yeah i hate her too, but seriously
1)how many ppl do you know that got married young and are STILL together? yeah, not that many. they’re not gonna last (not in this day and age) TRUST me. i give it 3 years @ the MOST! (if they make it THAT long).
2) they’re only getting married cuz her mom doesn’t approve of them living together (cuz she knows they’re having sex or at least sispects it, why do you think they go on vacation ALONE together?)
3)it’s more convienent to have sex in your OWN HOUSE, that’s why they’ve decided to “live” together, this way they don’t have to sneek around (like i said b4 i’m pretty sure they’ve already done it, just check out they’re vacay pics esp. the the trip to turks & caicos).
4)i knew they were gonna get married, it was just a matter of time but it seems like a waste to do so while you’re still young and trying to make a name for yourself. just because high school musical got your foot in the door and became your break out role doesn’t mean you’ll continue to be successful, there IS such thing as 1 hit wonder actors and actresses too. plus its all SOOO corny. they met each other while auditioning for the lead role, they get the lead role and hook up, NOW they’re getting married? how CHEESY is that?
