16 year-old Miley Cyrus sort of apologizes for making “Asian eyes”, which some people find very offensive. I don’t really know what to think about it but Miley is young – we all play silly, goofy with friends and that doesn’t mean we are racists. So here is Miley’s response to all the hype created by gossip blogs over this photo.

“I can’t believe all of the silly STUFF that has been put out in the press this week! It really makes me sad that people want to tear other people down just for the sake of magazine sells and hits on websites! Unfortunately, it seems like BAD is what sells!

“I’ve also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context! In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new ‘BAD GIRL’! I feel like now that Britney [Spears] is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on! Lucky me! Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know what is on my heart. You guys know me and have been by my side every step of the way!

“You guys know my heart and know the most important things to me are my friends, family, fans, and GOD! In NO WAY do I want to disappoint any of you! But, when I have made mistakes in the past, I feel like I’ve owned up to them and apologized. Anyway, I really wish everyone would stop focusing on my personal life and get back to focusing on what I love! Music and Acting! Hopefully, I will be touring again this fall!

Actress Ashley Greene gave an exclusive interview to a Twilight fansite and talked about her character in the movie, Alice Cullen, which is one of my favorites too – I love Alice! – her favorite scene and which team she is rooting for (Jacob or Edward). We all know how it ends… at least I know!!

Here are some highlights of Ashley Greene’s interview:

On her character, Alice Cullen: “I love Alice. I originally went in [auditioned] for Bella and they gave me the part of Alice. I love the character, I got really lucky. I think she’s so lovable and she’s so cool. I get to see the future and she’s cute, she’s happy. I think that everyone kind of likes Alice so I am extremely happy that I got the part.”

On if she’s Team Jacob or Team Edward: “Oh, you know I am ‘Team Jacob’ when they were still deciding on whether to keep Taylor or not, but Edward is my brother. I adore them both, so I believe that I will am Switzerland.”

On her favorite scene in Twilight: “The one scene that was rough to shoot was the baseball scene because we were outside and it was freezing. It took a while to shoot but when it came out, I think it’s my favorite scene.”

On a character she’d love to play: “I wanna do everything, I really do. I really want to do a period piece and since I’ve dipped my toes into it in Twilight, I’d really like to do an action film. I think that’d be fun. There’s not a lot of films where you get to be a action hero, so that would be a good one.”

Finally we get to see Zac Efron doing something different after the end of the “High School Musical” saga. In new movie “17 Again” Zac plays a guy whose life didn’t quite turn out how he wanted it to and wishes he could go back to high school and change it. He wakes up one day and is seventeen again and gets the chance to rewrite his life.

“17 Again” opens April 19! So who is excited to see this movie!?

Hilary Duff is reportedly starring in a remake of the movie “Bonnie & Clyde”. Faye Dunaway quickly responded to the news, saying: “Couldn’t they at least cast a real actress.”

Hilary basically disrespected the old lady when she answered: “I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don’t even know who she is, so you know…. I think it was a little unnecessary… but I might be mad if I looked like that now too.”

Take that old lady! But didn’t Hilary go a bit too far with flashing the paps with the question “Who is Faye Dunaway?”??

Twilight star Kristen Stewart seems to not just smoke pot/weed but she likes to wear it too! I personally think the bikini is cute and it doesn’t mean anything at all – it’s just a bikini. Now who is that guy in the picture?? It’s not her boyfriend Michael Angarano!!

Having a good body image and self esteem is tough for girls of any age and Disney star Demi Lovato wants to help other teen girls who’ve been tormented or bullied to know that there are positive people who want to encourage them. After having starred with The Jonas Brothers in Camp Rock and becoming famous overnight, Lovato has come under some scrutiny and has felt pressure to be and look like everyone else.

“I guess it’s [a challenge] just feeling beautiful, knowing that I’m different. I have a different body type than other people,” she confessed. “I’m not your typical skinny, tall girl, but I love my body that I’m in. One day I want to continue to help with bullying, or girls that feel insecure about their beauty, or things like that. I know that my purpose in life is to do more with the dreams that I have.”

Lovato has so many fans and it’s great for her to reach out to them the way she is. Don’t forget to watch her new show ‘Sonny With A Chance’.

Before he heads out to Hawaii for his appearance at the NFL Pro Bowl this coming weekend, American Idol David Archuleta spent some family time in Florida and made some pizza at Vic & Angelos in Palm Beach Gardens. After posing for the pictures with the owners, Archuleta performed some songs in the parking lot for about 500 fans.

Catherine Hardwicke may not be directing the second ‘Twilight’ movie installment: ‘New Moon’ but she does have something left to say about the original film. Her book, ‘Twilight: Director’s Notebook’ will come out on March 17th and the DVD will follow on March 21th. The book will have behind the scenes stories, casting and costuming info, the director’s favorite scenes and give the reader a look into location scouting.

Leighton Meester shows off her optimist side for Seventeen Magazine. The 22 year-old actress, best known for her role as Blair Waldorf in the TV show Gossip Girl, says: “You can’t judge anyone for what they’ve done because people change.”
