Actress Hilary Duff was on set of “Law & Order: SVU” to shoot her special appearance on the show that is scheduled to air on April 28th. Hilary looks amazing, her hair looks fabulous too! She is also going to appear as a guest star in an upcoming episode of “Ghost Whisperer.”
