Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester possibly had cosmetic surgery to fix her nose. We have compared two photos of the actress from 2007 and 2009 and we can’t really say if Leighton had a nose job or not but she looks different. Well, maybe it’s her make-up… what do you think??

nooo i have her same nose when you smile your nostrils spread widder, except her nose is alote better then mine. trust me she didnt get one, the girl changes her hair and warobe every episode.

get a life people. her nose is 100 percent real. My nose is like hers and it moves when you smile you nostals get a little wider. and well she is older in the other picture. So needless to say jeliously is a diesease DIE

jelousy means insecurities..why just appreciate the beauty and not negativities..and btw, get ur facts straight..its totaly one of make up stories of tabloids..
