Miley Cyrus is in London to promote her movie. After attending the “Hannah Montana: The Movie” premiere, Miley was getting in the car to get back to her hotel when the naughty paparazzi caught the infamous upskirt moment.
Those things just happen, especially when you are wearing such a gorgeous minidress. Miley’s BFF Taylor Swift was also victim of a wardrobe malfunction at the Academy of Country Music Awards (photos here).

Eh, big deal. She’s wearing panties. (either that or some crotchless stockings and she’s terribly discolored…) I’m with Daniel. Extremely dull. Don’t worry Miley watchers. She’s getting sleazier by the minute and the pictures just keep on coming. Funny enough, she takes and releases most of them all by herself. Gee… need more attention miley? Lose the granny panties then.

Ok I have to say her’s was a lot worse than Taylor Swifts, you could barely see her and some people said there was nothin there and miley was in full view.
Anyway Taylors was a wardrobe accident and the dress didnt fit her properly on the bust part, big deal! Her and loads of other women! Mileys wasnt an accident, she should have closed her legs no matter how short the skirt was.
People are right about her being a bit slutish (no offence) she should dress her own age coz shes only 16 and trys to look a lot older. Her mini dress was hidious anyway and was way too old for her in my opinion. Taylor look flawless in hers and she was old enough for it so it suited her in every way.
