Robert Pattinson, who just recently celebrated his 23rd birthday, confesses he was once grossed out by what some of his crazy female fans can do to get attention. Robert plays the sexy teenage vampire Edward Cullen in the “Twilight” series.

He explained: “One time there were these four girls – in Chicago I think – and they had all scratched their necks until they bled, and then when they came up to me they had these bleeding scabs. It was gross.”

Girls, please be creative but not unreasonable! If someone came up to me all bloody, I would immediately run the other way totally freaked out, wouldn’t you?? Not to mention it’s totally disgusting and unhealthy!
