Disney star Miley Cyrus posted this photo with her mommy on Twitter with the caption: “Dinner with Mommy in Savannah 
” but what really caught our attention was her brand new nose piercing… yep, I think that is a real and fresh piercing because her nose looks red. It’s small, it looks cute… what do you think??
