Hilary Duff Is A ‘Gossip Girl’

When CW’s ‘Gossip Girl’  returns to television in the fall, it will have a new yet familiar face joining the Upper East Side privledged kids. Hilary Duff (the original Miley Cyrus) will have a role as a college roommate of Jessica Szohr’s character, Vanessa. October 4th marks Duff’s debut. Who’s gonna watch Lizzie McGuire on GG?
