Disney star Miley Cyrus does a very grown-up photo shoot for the latest issue of ELLE Magazine (August 2009). The 16 year-old star, who rocks a sexy black outfit with fabulous high leather boots, talks about fashion, beauty, her former boyfriend Justin Gaston and her glamorous lifestyle.

Here are some highlights from Miley Cyrus’ ELLE Magazine interview:

On the value of style: “I would pay $500 for the jeans that we make for $20. I’m really into high fashion.”

On natural beauty: “I like these crooked. I love my teeth. My dad won’t let me fix my teeth or cut my hair. He loves it. He’s like, ‘It’s you!’”

On Justin Gaston, her boyfriend at the time of the interview: “We’re together, and then again, we’re not. Some people see us more as friends and don’t get why we work in a relationship. They’re like, ‘It’s weird, best friends shouldn’t date!’ But the person that you eventually spend the rest of your life with – I’m not saying it’s him – why are you going to wake up with someone every day and not want to hang out with them?”

About the glamorous life: “The most fun thing about prom is having that one special night when you dress up and you feel like a princess, and honestly, I get to do that one night a lot.”

On her new clothing line with Max Azria for Wal-Mart: “The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line. Because, like, literally this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but that don’t have it available.”

On the difficulties of being a teen star and why she’s friends with other young performers: “It’s hard for all of us. There are so many people that could be using you. So me and Nick and Demi, we don’t need anything from each other. We got our own thing going on.”

Twilight star Kristen Stewart always had the sweet, cute and shy smile she is well known for, even back when she was much younger in elementary school (1998/1999). Kristen was chosen as a “Future Star” at Pinecrest School in Woodland Hills, CA. Well, she did it! Kristen is a star!!

Twilight star Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene star in a new movie titled “Warrior”. The two have to actually kiss in one scene when Brooklyn (Ashley) is making out with Conor Sullivan (Kellan), a lacrosse star whose life spins out of control following the combat death of his Marine father.

What do you think of Ashley and Kellan as a couple?? Hot or not?? They kind of look cute together… but we would need to see more intimate hot scenes to decide.

Actress Hayden Panettiere is working hard promoting her new movie “I Love You, Beth Cooper” while looking absolutely fabulous in a super cute pink mini-dress. I love this look on Hayden! She looks amazing – the dress, shoes, purse and makeup -, just perfect!

Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, who is still recovering from swine flu, got completely soaked wet at the world premiere of “Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince” in London on Tuesday.

Emma’s dress is absolutely adorable but it betrayed her, exposing her skin-toned underwear (Emma’s wardrobe malfunction photos). Poor Rupert really looks a bit sick. I’m sure the pouring rain didn’t help either.

Stunning actress Aimee Teegarden is set to star in Beautiful Waves a surfing coming of age film. Patricia Richardson from tv’s Home Improvement and City Slicker’s Helen Slater co-star with the Friday Night Lights break out star.

“Wave” centers on a teenager (Teegarden) who goes to live with her grandmother (Richardson) in Santa Cruz, Calif., one summer and discovers the sport of surfing — and a family secret as well. Stuart Cameron is producing; Teegarden will make her producing debut as associate producer.

Could be similar to Blue Crush a few years ago with Kate Bosworth but any girl-surfing flick is good in my book.

Her hair got a lot longer a lot faster than usual – Gossip Girl star and lead singer of The Pretty Reckless – Taylor Momsen has a new set of bleach blonde extentions for her hair. I like the look on her – messy and kinda punk. What do you think?

The Jonas Brothers were back on Regis & Kelly today and chatted about their tour and how they practice doing flips in their hotel rooms and break furniture. The guys have also gotten requests to sign weird things – an inhaler (why?) and a pet rock. No Frankie today. Bummer!

Tom Felton sat down with GMTV and chatted about growing up with Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint on the HP sets and how he became a fan of the books only after he got the Draco Malfoy part. Nice to see the other young actors getting a chance to talk about their experiences too.

Don’t forget, the sixth movie Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince is in theaters on July 15th.

A spicy new character will be added to ’90210′ this fall as Rumer Willis is thrown into the mix. Playing Gia, a lesbian reporter for West Beverly High’s ’Blaze’ tv/news show, Willis is sure to cook up some fun. So far it isn’t known for sure how many episodes Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s daughter will be around for.
