A 53 year old Georgia man who was previously arrested for stalking Disney star Miley Cyrus has the execs at the mouse channel so concerned for her welfare, they’ve warned the Los Angeles Police Department about his obsessive behavior. After being arrested on June 23rd for disorderly conduct on Tybee Island, where Miley has been filming ‘The Last Song’ the Georgia authorities are releasing the very disturbing statements Mark McLeod gave regarding Cyrus.

According to the police report, McLeod claimed he was “great friends with Miley” — and that Miley had “told him to come see her today.”

Cops say McLeod also said, “I will f***ing be with Miley … we’re supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn’t stop it.”

Here’s the creepiest part — cops say McLeod claimed Miley sent him “secret messages” on her television show directed only to him and that McLeod also boasted about having “thousands of pictures and letters to Miley on his computer.”

This man is mentally unstable and it’s unsettling to hear his thoughts on his imagined relationship with the teenager. Because she lives in Los Angeles, the LA police are aware of him as a precautionary measure. He is due in court in Georgia on September 1st.

Ugh. Stay safe Miley!

Zoe Kravitz is making a name for herself in music as well as modeling. The daughter of actress Lisa Bonet and musician Lenny Kravitz, she is serious about putting her stamp on everything she does and following her mom’s advice to be true to herself. Here she is on ABC’s new morning news segment ‘On The Brink’ performing with her band Elevator Fight. Kravitz definetly has her father’s musical greatness and I can’t wait to hear more from her.

‘Twilight’ star Jackson Rathbone will be in Dallas making dreams come true, especially for one young fan. While promoting ‘New Moon’ at the upcoming TwiCon Twilight fan conference, Rathbone has invited a young girl who has terminal cancer, to come backstage at his concert with his band 100 Monkeys.

“We’re all very lucky people and helping others makes us who we are,” Rathbone, who spent some of his formative years in Midland, Texas, says.

What a generous thing for Rathbone to do for her.

Taylor Momsen had a sixteenth birthday party this week, at Maritime Hotel’s Hiro Ballroom in New York City and performed with her band, Pretty Reckless. Her ‘Gossip Girl’ co-stars, Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick, were on hand helping her celebrate and squelched the rumors that they are no longer together.

Surprising news today as Summit Entertainment announced it will replace Rachelle Lefevre as the meanie Victoria in the third film ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse.’ In comes Bryce Dallas Howard as the newest redhead to menace damsel in distress Bella, played by Kristen Stewart. Adding fuel to the gossip fire is the reason Summit has publicly announced – conflict of schedules. Lefevre is stunned by that response and had this to say:

“I am hurt deeply by Summit’s surprising decision to move on without me,” she says.

Summit said the actress was leaving because of a scheduling conflict with her upcoming film Barney’s Version, which begins filming the same day as Eclipse.

But Lefevre says her commitment to the indie film was only less than two weeks. “Given the length of filming for Eclipse, never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10 day overlap.”

No contract disputes that anyone is owning up to, this makes this recasting of the role very suspect. I find it hard to believe that Lefevre and Summit couldn’t have worked this out – I believe Jackson Rathbone was working on ‘The Last Airbender’ with M. Night Shyamalan while ‘New Moon’ filmed.

Now, note the connection – six degrees of Hollywood – Rachelle Lefevre stars with Jackson Rathbone (in ‘Twilight’ and ‘New Moon’) who worked with M. Night Shyamalan in ‘The Last Airbender’ who directed Bryce Dallas Howard in ‘The Village’ who replaces Lefevre in ‘Eclipse.’

Taylor Lautner - good thing you got muscular quick – Summit appears to have no problem with continuity of actors between films. Robert Pattinson will have another actress to snarl at when ‘Eclipse’ starts filming in August.

They are young and they are in demand and now they may be dating. Freddie Highmore, 17, reportedly took Dakota Fanning, 15, out to dinner at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills on Saturday night. The teens are a very sweet potential couple.

Selena Gomez, David Henrie and Jake T. Austin are all part of DCOM’s behind the scenes peek of the upcoming ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ movie. The WOWP movie premieres on the Disney Channel, Friday August 28th. Who’s planning on watching?

A pairing made in Hollywood heaven if it actually happens – Miley Cyrus and Zac Efron are being talked about to be in the updated version of the classic beach film series ‘Gidget.’

Said flick is envisioned to be the first in a long-line of “Gidget” movies. The musical-comedy will feature popstress Cyrus in the titular role, that of a young girl who discovers surfing and love (in that order) during one transitive summer. Efron is, we suspect, being sought to play the love interest.

All this is speculative still and it seems unlikely that Efron would join this because he has turned away from musical movies (‘Footloose.‘) Brittany Snow, Efron’s co-star from ‘Hairspray’ is also part of the equation that execs would like to have happen.

Taylor Momsen is making her debut as the cover model for Teen Vogue’s September 2009 issue. The Gossip Girl actress is also lead singer in her new band Pretty Reckless, and talks about her new rock-n-roll look.

“I had long, pretty hair, and it didn’t fit me. I’m pretty, but I’m not, like, a “pretty girl.” So I pulled up a bunch of photos of Joan Jett and said, “Do that to my hair.” There was a distinct change in my wardrobe, too, and I know people were a little, um, taken aback. But it wasn’t me that changed—it was just that I decided to start being myself. Now I do my own makeup, my own hair, and dress myself, and it feels better.”
