Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester looked absolutely gorgeous in another sparkly silver dress at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) held at the Radio City Music Hall in NYC on Sunday (September 13).
Who rocked the silver dress: Leighton Meester or Miranda Cosgrove (photos)!?! In my opinion, they both looked amazing in their different styles… besides Miranda is still a teenager and Leighton’s dress is short and too sexy for a 16 year-old.
