Miley Cyrus: “I’m NOT Perfect, I Make Mistakes!”
Written by Gossip Gal on September 19, 2009 – 6:01 pm -In a recent interview, Miley Cyrus admitted she has made a lot of mistakes and she is not perfect. The 16 year-old is just trying to learn from her mistakes, which is even more difficult because she is in the spotlight.
“I always want to be known not necessarily like as this perfect girl…but as someone who is hopefully inspiring other people, that’s what I want more than anything,” Miley said. “I’m not here to say that I’m perfect because I’m far from that, as we all are. My mistakes are kind of a little bit harder because they are in front of millions and millions of people. I get to go through that and I get to learn.”
“Everyone has to make mistakes. And I think if a lot of people look back at them being a kid they’re gonna realize they’ve done a lot of the same things that I have. I guess sometimes judgment is unfair,” Miley said. “But that’s just the way it rolls. That’s the way the cookie crumbles my friends!”
Miley may have been talking about her scandalous pole-dancing performance at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards (photos here) but I think this pretty must covers all her mistakes turned scandals – check out Miley Cyrus Top TEN Scandals.
The teen star is trying to learn every step of the way because she wants to be a good role model to her fans. “I know that little girls look at me and say I’m their hero, so that’s really important,” Miley said.

I would just like to say, even though I’m not that much of a fan of “Hannah Montana” or “Miley Cyrus” fan, i think she should be able to live her life as a teenager the way she wants too. (with or without the spotlight) yeah, she’s suppose to be a rolemodel for “Disney” and all these other hotshots but the truth of the matter is, she is human. She will make mistakes. She will learn from her mistakes, and people will just have to realize that. I mean, it’s not like anybody in this world is perfect. Shoooot.. if we were, then there would be no crime, no hate, no homosexuality, no racism, no democracy, no abortion, no Obama and all the other bad stuff in this world. Look at Lindsay Lohan, i used to love her movies.. then she came out of the closet being bi.. I still respect her as a person, but that doesnt mean i like what she does. All that to say, EVERYONE GET OVER IT! We’ll make mistakes and let her live her freaking Life.
