Actress/singer Demi Lovato was captured on camera kissing 24 year-old photographer Dirk Mai. The two have recently started dating, according to a source that says, “They are dating. They are trying the long distance thing out. So far so good. It’s been going on for a few weeks now. She is really happy with him!”
Aww… we wish them all the best. We hope Demi finally found someone who is there for her and makes her happy (ok, their age difference is a problem!) because that girl deserves it more than anyone else for what she has been through. Demi and Trace Cyrus (Miley Cyrus’ brother) broke up a couple months ago.

okay so i’m all for demi..i think she’s great…..but thats a freally big age difference. what is it? like 7 years? it’s just a little wierd….isnt that illegal? but i mean if shes happy then its all good. but its a little sketchy…

No it’s not illegal. My dad’s 7 years older than my mom.
And I am crazy for Demi. She’s a great person. It’s very obvious. But she has a weird taste in boys. Why can’t she pick someone nice, hot, and worthy of her?

It is NOT illegal to date someone older than you.Having sex with a minor is another thing though.

i don’t really know if it’s illegal but she’s 17 and he’s like 24/25, thats 7 years difference. i think if she’s happy and in love then just back off of her and leave her to he private life. she doesn’t need people to know who she’s going out with 24/7.If it were you, you wouldn’t like it would you?! x

Well I guess it is okay, but the age diff is a little off. but what the heck go for it Demi! My parents r married and 5 years apart! My aunt and her husband r nine years apapert!

The age difference is only a problem until she’s of age. I’ve loved Dirk’s work for about 4 years now, and I will continue to support him no matter what.
