Singer Miley Cyrus, who is currently super busy with her “Wonder World” tour (lots of photos here), answered Jay Leno’s Ten @ Ten questions on Wednesday (September 16).

On her idol when she was younger: “Dolly Parton.”

On her favorite Jonas Brother: “I’m going to go with Frankie, the little one.”

On what she won’t eat: “Anything Green.”

On the weirdest thing she puts ketchup on: “Pizza.”

On if she has a curfew: “It depends if my mom is in a good mood or not. Like 12, but if my mom is being giving or I give like a really good smile sometimes I can weasel my way in a little later.”

On what she would’ve done if she were in Taylor Swift’s shoes at the VMAs: “I would have said rude, um disrespectful, and let me finish my speech. I’m glad she got to do that.”

The cutest Jonas Brother turned 17 yesterday (leave Nick a message here!)! Nick Jonas likes to spend a quiet birthday surround by family and friends but this year he was surprised with a big party on set of Disney’s new movie “Camp Rock 2”.

Wonder what did Nick get for his birthday!?! A ping-pong table and a piano!!

“It’s actually the piano I wrote ‘A Little Bit Longer’ on. It’s definitely got a special meaning for me,” Nick said. “I originally wanted to get a plaque just to put on the piano when I got there saying that I wrote the song on [it], but the family just decided to get it for me.”

Aw!! Happy Birthday Nick!

Glee was back this week with “Acafellas” a good episode but a bit weaker than last week’s stellar season premiere.

Rachel (Lea Michele) provokes Will (Matthew Morrison) to take a backseat in the club’s musical direction and Quinn (Dianna Agron) and her fellow Cheerios get Rachel to hire Dakota Stanley, a famously tough choreographer who they hope will crush the Glee’s enthusiasm with his legendary meanness. (Stanley remarks to the wheelchair bound Artie (Kevin McHale) “you’re not trying hard enough to walk!”)

Will gets the idea to form a group with his fellow teachers and they name themselves the Acafellas. After two drop out, Finn (Cory Montieth) joins, along with his football rival Puck (Mark Salling) who has given up teenaged girls and is interested in cougars; and the Acafellas perform for the PTA meeting. Josh Grobin makes a guest appearance at the end

“I Wanna Sex You Up,” “Bust Your Windows,” “This Is How We Do It” and “Mercy” were performed this week but Coach Sue Sylvester played by Jane Lynch steals the show. Lynch’s deadpan delivery and atrociously manipulative behavior is simply sinfully delightful to watch.

I left out the sub plots in this recap because well, they made the show falter in it’s pace. The Mercedes/Kurt romance was silly and the Sandy/Josh Grobin appearance was distracting, although Grobin was funny when he told Will’s mother he “loves a blousy alcoholic.”

Episode 3 was enjoyable and had lots of laughs, not the same level as last week’s “Showmance” but still a solid hour of television. Bring on Episode 4: Preggers!

Oliver Irving directed a small independent film How To Be that featured Robert Pattinson before he exploded in popularity as Edward Cullen of the Twilight series. Pattinson had been a part of the Harry Potter phenomenon with his role of Cedric Diggory in Goblet of Fire, however his fan base was nothing compared to what it became with his vampire role. Irving cast Pattinson in between those two blockbusters for the part of Art, a 25 year-old guy stumbling through life confused and without much direction. Irving got very lucky and thanks to Pattinson’s fan base, How To Be is being seen by a wider audience than it probably would’ve been otherwise. With the upcoming DVD release on November 17th – right around the premiere of New Moon - the director is praising Pattinson’s ability to inhabit the character he developed for the film.

How was Robert Pattinson chosen for the role of Art? Did his musical ability play a role in his casting?
“We found him after a year and a half’s worth of casting calls. He just seemed the right person for the job. He was interesting to look at – but down to earth enough to play the part. He really seemed to “get it” – he knew people like the characters in the script, and understood the main character ‘ART’. Not having gone through drama school, Rob’s acting and response to direction fit in well with other main cast members who were not trained actors either. Rob actually underplayed his musical ability in the auditions, as he knew the character was meant to be rough around the edges when it comes to musical ability – but it actually was invaluable in the end that he understood the music references and had the technical ability to pull off what we were asking from him.”

I look forward to catching this on DVD and want to see his flick with Pierce Brosnan and Emilie de Ravin Remember Me when it comes out in February of 2010.

Actor Shia LaBeouf is in New York City filming the sequel to the mega 80′s hit Wall Street. Here are some pics of him riding a motorcycle for the Oliver Stone directed pic. He looks sexy in his suit. Love the bemused look on the crew member in the background of a couple of these shots.

The movie Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps is due in theaters April 2010.

It must be a closed set as the actor does not have a license still due to an accident in 2008. I believe he cannot legally drive until somewhere around January of 2010.

When asked by AccessHollywood who he was excited to see at the 2009 MTV VMAs, Taylor Lautner answered, “I’m excited to see Taylor Swift, of course!” Check out the photos of super hot Taylor in his Calvin Klein suit!!

Lautner and Swift got a chance to meet and share some passionate hot kisses on set of the movie “Valentine’s Day” (steamy photos and video here). It seems like the two Taylor’s have become friends and who knows if more… they would sure make a super cute couple, don’t you think??

After a spectacular performance of “Fly On The Wall” at the “Wonder World” tour opening night (lots of photos here), Miley Cyrus and her dancers rocked out to Thriller in a small tribute to the late King Of Pop, Michael Jackson.

I’m sure everybody knows what rapper Kanye West did to our girl Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards (details, photos, videos and links here). Kanye tried to apologize (watch Taylor on “The View”) but the damage has already been done.

Now imagine if Kanye interrupted our Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) to say True Blood has the best, sexiest vampires… JACKASS!!

Nicholas Jerry Jonas aka Nick Jonas is 17 years old today (September 16). He was born in Dallas, Texas (September 16, 1992), the son of Denise, a former sign language teacher and singer, and Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr., a songwriter, musician and former ordained minister at a Pentecostal Assemblies of God church.

Nick is a member of the famous boy band, The Jonas Brothers, along with his brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas, and the star of Disney’s hit series JONAS. Leave Nick a message in the comments below!

August, the Malaysian men’s magazine has chosen The Twilight Saga actor Kellan Lutz for it’s October cover. The actor who is currently filming Eclipse in Vancouver, tells the mag about how comfortable he is in front of the camera now and that he loves to work out. He looks great in these pics – you can’t deny it.
