Yep, it has been confirmed that Miley Cyrus will star in the new “Sex And The City” movie sequel that will hit theaters in May 2010. For the special scene, Miley and fabulous Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) will be wearing the exact same outfit to which Mario Cantone‘s character Anthony exclaims, “Mother of God: She is wearing the same dress as Hannah Montana.”

Singer/actress Ashley Tisdale walked the red carpet in a super hot bra-revealing black dress at the 7th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Milk Studios in Hollywood on Friday (September 25).

The 24 year-old actress just recently went back to her old blonde look for a new project, we cannot wait to know what it is… meanwhile Ashley has been pretty busy working out, keeping herself in shape and she is dating her favorite video director, Scott Speer.

Actress Selena Gomez, who recently won a Creative Arts Emmy Award and an ALMA Award, dressed in a classy black shirk and jacket ensemble to attend the 7th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Milk Studios in Hollywood on Friday (September 25).

Taylor Lautner was there in a sexy black suit (photos here) but the two weren’t photographed together… boo!! Both Taylor and Selena chose to wear black but there is another thing they have in common: Selena also graced the a cover of Teen Vogue Magazine (photos and video).

Actor Taylor Lautner once again completely dazzles in a beautiful black suit on the red carpet of the 7th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Milk Studios in Hollywood on Friday (September 25).

The 17 year-old actor’s former girlfriend (??) Selena Gomez, who was too cute and beautiful as always, was also at the party. We really want to know if the two had a chance to hook up… I still think they made the cutest couple ever (photos here)!! Taylor has been busy shooting the third movie of the Twilight Saga, “Eclipse”, in Vancouver, Canada.

The horror/comedy flick Zombieland had it’s red carpet premiere this week with stars Jesse Eisenberg, Amber Heard and Emma Stone in attendance. Abigail Breslin and Woody Harrelson co-star in this movie about a group who survive a zombie plague and travel the US fighting the undead along the way. This is a great cast of young actors and it looks like a fun movie.

Eisenberg co-starred with Kristen Stewart earlier this year in Adventureland and Stone was in Superbad with Michael Cera. Heard was in Never Back Down with Cam Gigandet.

Zombieland opens in theaters Friday October 2nd. Who’s gonna check it out?

Selena Gomez & The Scene will be on Dancing With The Stars Tuesday, September 29th to perform their single ‘Falling Down,’ off their debut album Kiss & Tell. Check out her and the band talking about their album with fans in the vid above.

Author LJ Smith wrote the trilogy of books The Vampire Diaries, back in 1991. Thanks in part to the success of Twilight, these vampires have made it to television as a weekly show. Unlike Summit Entertainment Studios relationship with Twilight’s author Stephanie Meyer, Smith has had “minimal” input into the CW Network’s TV show of her work. So what does Smith think of the small screen adaptation of her work?

“I think they have done an incredible job of interpreting it, especially presenting it for a teen audience,” she said. “I love the music. I love the cinematography, I think the cast is fabulous. I especially like Damon. Ian Somerhalder does very well. But I really, really like the Elena that they picked, Nina Dobrev. Even though she’s brunette, and not blond, which took some getting used to for me because in the book she’s blond, she’s a great actress. And I love the Stefan [Paul Wesley] that they’ve picked.”

While she has been uncertain how some plot points would work out, she has been watching and is pleased with the results so far. Smith must be relieved to actually like the work. So often in Hollywood, an author is left out in the cold while studios change characters and plots at their whim and the author is left unhappy. Nice to hear someone is getting it right. I enjoy The Vampire Diaries - especially Ian Somerhalder, but I might have mentioned that a few times already…

The seventeen year old who is the fantasy of tons of girls (just look at the responses we get here on this post or this one…) gave Boxoffice.com the scoop on his love of romantic comedies and the film The Notebook, his shirtless pictures make him embarrassed, working with Taylor Swift on Valentine’s Day,  and how guys will like the story more in New Moon. Here he is talking about playing Jacob:

What do you like about playing Jacob?

I love Jacob and Bella’s relationship. It’s very different from Edward and Bella’s. Jacob and Bella start off as really good friends. They become best friends—they can tell each other anything, they do whatever together, ride motorcycles. I love that. And then their relationship starts growing into more and more, and you wonder if they’re going to go past friends. I love being able to do that. And work with an amazing actress, Kristen Stewart, and all of the help around us, our director Chris Weitz, the whole crew. It’s a lot of fun.

American Idol season six champion Jordin Sparks is part of the BodyByMilk campaign to get teens to make healthier choices when choosing something to drink.
