Miley Cyrus Is a Bad Tipper!!

Super star Miley Cyrus reportedly spend $70 bucks during dinner at Outback Steakhouse and left without leaving a tip… it’s not really like Miley is a bad tipper because, in fact, she left NO tip!
Miley’s rep tried to explain, saying, “She didn’t know she was supposed to tip unless she was eating inside.” Miley makes millions of dollars, I don’t know why she wouldn’t offer a good tip either way.

i can c she does have a lottttt of money but dude u cant tip and least 2 bucks my parents would of did it and they only have like 2 millon doller dude come on she has wayyy more
