Actress Ashley Tisdale wore a gorgeous black ballerina dress bringing sexy back to the red carpet at the Los Premios MTV 2009 Latin America Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, on Thursday (October 15).

Ashley performed the first single “It’s Alright, It’s OK” out of her “Guilty Pleasure” album (watch video here) and was nominated for Favorite International Artist. We heart Ashley – blonde or brunette – but she really stands out as a sexy blonde bombshell.
