Miley Cyrus’ younger sister Noah Cyrus seemed to be having a lot of fun with her cousin Emily Grace Reaves at the 16th Annual Dream Halloween held at The Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica on Saturday (October 24).
Noah’s overly sexy ‘wannabe’ vampire outfit is creating quite a buzz over the internet. Noah has her own personality and she is quite a fierce 9 year-old but… she is not Miley, she was not performing for a crowd, she was at a Halloween party and that outfit is completely inappropriate for a little girl.
