From Disney queen to overly-sexualized teenager making an appearance in R-rated movie… isn’t there some step to be taken in between to avoid future public and embarrassing meltdowns?

ok the movie is R-rated..why is she in it..if she’s not SUPPOSED to watch it?? makes no sense to me!!??

i know right like miley COME ON!!! she is going down hill now i though she would never do this stuff but at her concert she had short like panties and with a pole and the kids choice awards like really COME ON MILEY!!
