The Vampire Diaries still has almost two weeks until new episodes return (January 21st) however, actress Nina Dobrev had something special to celebrate on the 9th - her 21st birthday. Here she is wearing a very cute tiara and pink boa with her former TVD cast member Kayla Ewell at Asa De Cuba in Hollywood.
