Eclipse Book Changed, Movie SPOILERS
We have some exclusive details on the third movie of The Twilight Saga, “Eclipse”, especially for you. According to Life&Style, there are some details/scenes in the book written by Stephenie Meyer that have been completely changed/adapted in the movie script. What was changed in Eclipse?? IN THE BOOK:
- Edward accidentally wakes Bella in bed and the two make up post-kidnapping.
- After abducting Bella, Edward pulls her leg over his hip while they lie in bed.
- Rosalie fills in Bella on her back-story in Edward’s bedroom.
- Jacob gives Bella a bracelet for graduation, and Edward gives her a diamond-heart charm.
IN THE MOVIE:
- There’s no version of this fan-favorite scene in the script.
- Despite numerous “passionate kisses” between Bella and Edward, there’s no leg hitch.
- Rosalie tells a rushed version of the tale in the yard while the others prepare for battle.
- Sadly, Bella gets none of this bling from her boys in the film.

I’m a little disappointed because Im a twilight addict and I want the whole movie to be just like the book….anyways…Ill always love it no matter what happens… more power!!!!

There is other thing ! Bella finds that Victoria is behind everthing that happens.
But when I read the script, it’s not her that find this out.

That is so stupid that Rosalie does a qucik version to her story cause thats a really important part!! Its the whole reason she didnt like bella AND voted for her not to be a vampire!!

OMG! but there some of the really good,fan favourite scenes! its not goin to be the same,they should at least have told rosalies story properly and have the scene where Bella gets the jewellery its important in the story!and so are the other scenes, what are they goin to cut out the scenes in Breaking Dawn too!

The reason why is because they are trying to put out a film for profit and they do not fully appreciate why these little things matter to the fans and the whole reason the books are successful! Just like the little things that were left out of New Moon, such as the days building up to leaving which added to the heart ache! Just hoping he concentrated on the story rather than adapting it for the male audience all action and no story! Just hoping the tent scene with Jacob and Edward is in,when he holds her hostage, the compromise, the meadow at the end and the ten ‘best nights’ are there too! Or I think I may cry!

the bracelet scene is in the eclipse script jacob gave it to her. but Edward doesn,t giver her the heart charm .so i will wait and see.

There are several screenshots online, one with a definite leg hitch, and one where you can clearly see the wolf charm on her wrist.

i heard the leg hitch may be in the movie someone, i talked to said it in the proposel scence, assuming it does not get edited
