Actress/singer Miley Cyrus, her 10 year-old sister Noah Cyrus and her most popular pooch (the big white fluffy ball Miley is carrying!) dressed up in style to go to a recording studio in Burbank on Saturday (January 30). Could the sistas be working on a new project together? Or maybe the launch of Noah’s career?
