What have you done to help conserve our resources?

Attending the Tribeca Film Festival showing of their film Beware The Gonzo, Zoe Kravitz and Jesse McCartney stepped out on the red carpet Thursday April 22nd. Here is a rundown of the flick:

Eddie ‘Gonzo’ Gilman (Ezra Miller) is certainly not the popular kid at Parker Prep School. Not only is he a tad on the eccentric side, but his best friends are class misfits and he butts heads with the school’s golden boy, Gavin Reilly (Jesse McCartney). When Gavin, his overachieving rival, clips Gonzo’s article in the school paper short, Gonzo decides to screw the social system and fight back by creating a paper of his own, The Gonzo Files. Even with Gavin’s social monopoly over the student body, the edgier Gonzo Files quickly eclipses the traditional paper ultimately inspiring a school wide revolution. However, Gavin isn’t going down without a fight and he knows exactly where to hit Gonzo to make it hurt. Nonetheless, Gonzo won’t give up without a fight.

Kravitz plays Evie, who joins up with Gonzo to exact some journalistic revenge on Gavin.

What do Rupert Grint, Chloe Moretz, Sterling Knight, Liam Hemsworth, Nicola Peltz, Alex Meraz, Brooklyn Decker, Stella Maeve, and Michael B. Jordan have in common? They are among the upcoming stars to get the Nylon nod for the mag’s annual ‘Young Hollywood 2010′ edition. You are very in love at this time, would you consider settling down and starting a family now?

No, not at all. I don’t like to make plans for the future either. I don’t know what’s gonna happen later in my life, or who I’m gonna date in years from now or marry.

But do you have any plans for the future?

Studying photography in London is something I could’ve done. But do you know what I really want to do? To be a wedding planner! That’s really my dream job, but I couldn’t have made it, since I never wear a watch.

The Last Song actress also mentions her close ties to her family and how she never takes anything for granted since losing her friend at the age of 12.

Teaming up with her Beastly costar, Vanessa Hudgens says it’s “so fun” to work with Neil Patrick Harris again. Harris will direct her in the live performance of the musical Rent this summer and Hudgens will play Mimi.

Describing the sensibility she has in mind for Mimi, Vanessa explained, “I’ve been adding different emotions to certain lines that other people haven’t done before; that’s what we’re playing with. It’s so fun, it’s like a scene within the song.”

Rent goes on August 6th through August 8th at the Hollywood Bowl. Check out her chat with MTV above.

The cast of “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” sing the anthem, “Can’t Back Down”, for the sequel of the Disney Channel’s original movie starring Demi Lovato and The Jonas Brothers, which comes out this summer. Disney has just released the official music video for the song (watch video below).

Who’s ready for Camp Rock 2 and onscreen Jemi?

If you have to be stranded somewhere because of volcanic ash, London isn’t a bad place to be. Actor Chace Crawford found that out recently as he was forced to hang in London while the volcano in Iceland simmered to a low boil so planes had visibility to fly again.

“I was literally held hostage by volcano ash in London… They just wouldn’t let any planes out. I was supposed to be there ’til Saturday or Sunday. I didn’t care that much…My manager was working like a monkey on crack to get us out.”

Gossip Girl’s Nate Archibald, who is now back in the States, is rumored to be costarring with Mischa Barton in the upcoming movie Upstate.

Amanda Seyfried’s latest film, the gothic thriller The Girl with the Red Riding Hood, has found it’s leading man. Actor Shiloh Fernandez is set to play Peter, the woodcutter that Seyfried’s character falls for. Catherine Hardwicke, director of the first Twilight movie, is setting the stage for the werewolf tale that reinterprets the classic fairytale.

Fernandez, who also has a part in Ashley Greene’s Skateland, (click here for a peek) was one of the final four actors Hardwicke had in mind for Edward Cullen.

Filming heads to Vancouver in July and the movie is due in spring of 2011.
