Actress/singer Miley Cyrus has just released her revolutionary album titled “Can’t Be Tamed”, which marks the end of Hannah Montana and the evolution of Miley from a teen to a young woman who knows exactly what she wants.

If you haven’t bought the album yet, we suggest you do because we absolutely loved it from start to finish. It’s fun, upbeat and includes female empowering lyrics set to give you a good confidence boosts.

Bumpshack’s Joshua Holmes wrote a pretty awesome “Can’t Be Tamed” album review. You need to read this review if you haven’t decided whether or not you want to buy it and if you did, it’s just a very fun read.

Miley Cyrus “Can’t Be Tamed” Album Review:

1. Liberty Walk – The album gets off to an energetic start with ‘Liberty Walk.’  A song that that is extremely catchy about following your dreams, shaking off negative criticism, and persevering.  The song will be a for sure fire single and one you will likely hear countless summers to come.

Recommended Usage: For that high school senior girl that has the overly attached boyfriend trying to convince  her that she can’t live without him.

2. Who Owns My Heart – With a lyric like, ‘Cuz the way you got your body movin’s, Got me confused,’ Miley leaves no doubt she is no longer confused between Hannah Montana and womanhood.

Recommended Usage: As the song you listen to during your cardio workout in between ‘Liberty Walk’ and ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ because you are too lazy to fast forward thru it.

Twilight star Ashley Greene and 24 year-old actor Brock Kelly were spotted passionately kissing in Los Angeles over the weekend. HOT! The lovebirds have not officially announced they are dating, but Ashley has been pretty private about her personal life. They make a cute couple!

Mama Mia/Dear John star Amanda Seyfried is set to play the role of Cinderella in the new Disney live-action adaptation of the 1950’s classic animated movie based on the famous fairy tale.

The screenplay will be written by Aline Brosh McKenna, who also worked on “The Devil Wears Prada” and “27 Dresses”. We cannot think of a better actress to play a real life Cinderella. Amanda is absolutely stunning and sweet – a real Cinderella! Congratulations!

New Zealand’s Creme magazine has an absolutely lovely-in-lavender Selena Gomez gazing out at the world for the July 2010 issue. The Ramona and Beezus actress shared an inspirational message she received:

What gives her courage: “‘Tough times don’t last… tough people do.’ I heard it from a fan I met on the set of Ramona and Beezus. She had Leukaemia and had just gotten out of the hospital. The fact that a nine-year-old said that – I was like, ‘Wow!’ It stuck with me.”

Sel goes on to talk about her work with UNICEF (she’s the youngest ambassador ever):

On her Unicef sponsored trip to Ghana: “That’s why I feel very honoured to have a voice that kids listen to and take into consideration. I’ve had people asking me, ‘Where is Ghana?’ and Googling it. So, because I went there, they now know about it. Every day 25,000 children die from preventable causes. I stand with UNICEF in the belief that we can change that number from 25,000 to zero. I know we can achieve this because every moment, UNICEF is on the ground providing children with the life-saving assistance needed to ensure zero becomes a reality.”

Actress Kristen Stewart did not only lighten up her hair but also her spirits because since she decided to go red, she has been smiling a lot more than usual (more pictures below). Well, at least she doesn’t look like she is pissed all the time. And she looks absolutely gorgeous!

Canadian teen superstar Justin Bieber is 16 years old and legally allowed to sit behind the wheel of his magnificent car to drive around his neighborhood in Atlanta. Be aware, Bieber on the road and he is dangerous!

Anyway… is that really Justin in that picture? What the heck kind of hairstyle is that? I bet those mean people who take your driver’s license pictures made Bieber get his hair off his face. NOT cool! Not cool at all!

Miley Cyrus said more than once she is not a fan of vampires, vampire stories or Twilight, but the cast are determined to convince the singer vampires are pretty cool and seductive. Here is what they had to say:

Stephenie Meyer: “I didn’t like vampires before I started writing about them. I was so not into vampires. Maybe it will come to her when she’s 30 like it did for me.”

Peter Facinelli: “I’m not necessarily a huge vampire fan, but I do love the books that Stephenie Meyer created. I love that you don’t see fangs. It’s not a horror movie by any means.”

Elizabeth Reaser: “I’ve always been a fan of vampires since I was a little girl. I loved all the Anne Rice books. Maybe Miley’s resisting. Maybe they’re so popular now that it’s annoying or she’s sick of seeing us.”

Kellan Lutz: “She hasn’t met me then. I would change her opinion on that, I’m sure. I have my ways.”

Ashley Greene: “That’s so unfortunate because I love her new songs…I’m going to sit Miley down and force her to watch Twilight.”

And, Wolf-packer Alex Meraz adds: “Tell her she might like it ‘doggy’ style.”

We are proud of Miley for not being easily influenced by whatever is more popular at the time. It’s OK to not be a fan of vampires and Twilight! Miley has a very strong personality… BUT we don’t know if she can resist both Kellan and Alex.

If not, enjoy Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint as they work their magic in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, part 1 hitting theaters on November 19, 2010.

Disney darlings Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato are no longer dating (so many Jemi shippers are so sad…) but while they were together, the duo worked together for this Teen Vogue cover shoot. At the time, they spoke freely about their budding relationship and Teen Vogue caught up with them more recently to ask the two about the break-up:

Whose idea was it to take the next step?
Joe: Mine.
Demi: I had always fancied him. Want to know what actually happened? One night I asked him, ‘What is the deal? We’re perfect for each other. What are you doing?’ And he was like, ‘This is really awkward. I have to go.’
Joe: I needed time to think.
Demi: And I thought, Great, I just ruined a friendship. But the next day, he came knocking at my door. Joe: Once she confronted me, I kind of confronted myself.

Was it hard to see each other with other people?
Demi, ‘Every girlfriend he had, I always wanted to have a friendship with, because I felt like if she was worthy enough to be with him, then she must be great. It sucked, watching, but I was always happy for him.’
Joe: It wasn’t easy.
Demi: Sometimes it was like, ‘So my boyfriend is so awesome.’ ‘Well, my girlfriend is really great.’ ‘Good for you!’ [laughs]
Joe wanted the breakup.
Joe “It could have been better timing, but there’s never really a good time for something like that. I really care about her.”
Demi: We haven’t spent any time together since everything, because that would be awkward, but I’m sure things will go totally back to normal once we’re on tour together. It’s just that at this point I’d rather be hanging out with my girlfriends than seeing my ex.
Joe: In this business, it’s really hard to find people who are going to be there for the rest of your life. When I met Demi, I knew right away that our friendship was really strong. I don’t want to lose that ever.

Actress Vanessa Hudgens is the new sexy kitten on the cover of the upcoming issue of Glamour Magazine (August 2010). The 21 year-old talks about her nude pictures once again, the pressure to be a good role model and her super hot boyfriend, Zac Efron.

Here are some highlights from Vanessa Hudgens’ Glamour Magazine interview:

On pressure to be a role model: When I am around kids and they come up to me, of course I am going to act a certain way, but at the end of the day, I’m doing this for myself. I’m going to be doing movies kids can’t watch.

On bonding with boyfriend Zac Efron: Right off the bat, we had a connection. I think everybody could see it. When we had our audition, they paired us together. And he was adorable.

On her nude photos scandal: I think that it has made me stronger. But it still hurts. It sucks because [the photos were] supposed to be private, but at the same time a lot of actresses do it [in movies]. Eventually, I’m sure that I will. But I don’t know if I would be able to do it now.

Has she grown up too fast? Maybe. And maybe that’s the reason why I am silly at 21. But I don’t regret it. And if I wasn’t how I was when I was younger, I wouldn’t be how I am today. You know? And I love the way I am today.
