Actress/singer/fashionista Selena Gomez celebrates her 18th birthday today (July 22, 2010). During her visit to the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Selena was surprised with a jumbo cupcake with candles on top. Ah! Selena looked absolutely radiant!

The Wizards of Waverly Place star was born in Grand Prairie, Texas to a Mexican American father, Ricardo Gomez, and, a half-Italian mother, Mandy Teefey, who is a former stage actress. Selena’s parent got divorced when she was 5 years old and she was raised by her working mom.
