Actress/singer/fashionista Selena Gomez celebrates her 18th birthday today (July 22, 2010). During her visit to the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Selena was surprised with a jumbo cupcake with candles on top. Ah! Selena looked absolutely radiant!

The Wizards of Waverly Place star was born in Grand Prairie, Texas to a Mexican American father, Ricardo Gomez, and, a half-Italian mother, Mandy Teefey, who is a former stage actress. Selena’s parent got divorced when she was 5 years old and she was raised by her working mom.

Teen stars Brenda Song, Debby Ryan, Moises Arias and Joe Jonas filmed a brand new video for Disney’s “Friends For Change” about the Gulf oil spill to raise awareness about this environmental crisis.

Actor Zac Efron and his gorgeous girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens rocked the red carpet of his latest movie “Charlie St. Cloud” premiere held at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, California on Tuesday (July 20).

Zanessa is definitely one of the hottest Hollywood couples at the moment. The two looked happy and totally in love. And WOW! Vanessa completely killed it with a gorgeous Reem Acra mini dress that exposed her sexy back.

Disney’s new fashion line D-Signed is based on the unique style of Sonny Monroe, who is portrayed by Demi Lovato in “Sonny With a Chance”. The clothing line, which is promoted in Demi’s “Me, Myself & Time” music video, will be available (price range: $4.99 – $19.99) at Target stores across the country on August 1, 2010.

Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez, who is currently promoting her new movie “Ramona & Beezus”, was a special guest star on “The View” on Wednesday (July 21). The 17 year-old (Selena will be 18 tomorrow!) talked about growing up and leaving the Disney’s original series.

Selena confessed she was absolutely nervous when she was told the author of “Ramona & Beezus”, Beverly Clearly wanted to still be around to watch the movie based on her timeless story. Selena also had the chance to show some items from her clothing line “Dream Out Loud” (see video above).

Miranda Cosgrove and iCarly have been keeping you in the dark. As fans you’ve waited for three long years to see what Carly Shay’s bedroom looks like and Friday, July 30th, you will get the chance in the episode premiere of “iGot a Hot Room.”

What to expect: Carly’s brother Spencer (Jerry Trainor) makes her a birthday present that bursts into flames — another running gag on the show — and burns down her room.

By the end of the episode, Spencer and friends rebuild the room into a kid’s dream pad — including a trampoline aimed at the bed that Carly uses every night to launch herself under the covers.

Producer Dan Schneider says it wasn’t intentional to keep Carly’s personal sanctuary out of the show but he gets lots of tweets and emails asking what her room looks like.

Ramona and Beezus costars Selena Gomez and Joey King celebrated the premiere of their new movie in New York City Tuesday, July 20th.

The on screen siblings have become very close off screen and Gomez said they are just ‘like sisters’ now.

VH1 Do Something Awards took place Monday night to honor people committed to social change. Joe Jonas, Debby Ryan, Demi Lovato, Kellan Lutz and Boo Boo Stewart all were honored or presented at the ceremony in Hollywood.

Kellan won the Do Something for the Animals award and Joe picked up the Do Something Music Artist trophy.
