West Hollywood was the place for Jennifer Stone as she hit the red carpet for the Nylon + Express Denim Issue party on Tuesday evening. The actress, who just wrapped filming Mean Girls 2 in Atlanta last month and is prepping for the last season of Wizards of Waverly Place was super cute in dark denim and bowler hat.

A rosy pink dress and a cheery smile accompany Leighton Meester on the cover of Cosmo UK September 2010 issue. The Gossip Girl actress gives up the details of her life compared to her GG character Blair Waldorf:

• On playing a mean character: “I am living my dream and having the time of my life! I’m lucky because I get to do that all day long and play a character who has a lot of noble qualities as well. I am really lucky she is such a well-written character.”
• On whether people expect she will be like Blair in real life: “Most people just run away, so perhaps that’s what they’re thinking! I think for the most part people understand that it’s just a character.”
• On whether her high school experience was similar to Gossip Girl: “The complete opposite, to be honest. I had lived in NYC before but not in the Upper East Side – it was in the Upper West Side, which was very different. When I was a teenager I was in a public high school. I certainly was not popular by any means, and I didn’t have a car or a lot of money, so it was very different.”

Leighton is hard at work in New York on Gossip Girl and she has lots of movies due out next year (see the full list here.)

Miranda Cosgrove is getting a visit from an old costar – her School of Rock mentor Jack Black. Miranda’s mega popular Nickelodeon show iCarly will have a spot for Black this season as the nemesis of Carly’s brother Spencer (Jerry Trainor.) Miranda tweeted:

Guess what!?!?? Our secret guest star in the NEW iCarly is Jack Black! I’m so excited to be working with him again! He’s awesome!!!

Black is said to be heading to the set this week to film the episode and it will air later in the season. iCarly is on fire!

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus will be auctioning off several items of clothing and accessories on eBay to benefit “Get Ur GOOD On” charity, which is a a social network that connects youth with volunteer service opportunities and is run by Youth Service America.

“For me I get this amazing blessing and opportunity to do this every day and get up on stage and hopefully inspire people with my music,” Miley said in a video on the Get Ur Good On site. “And that’s something that’s really important to me, but so is getting involved in charities.”

“There’s amazing charities right here in America. You don’t have to travel 30 hours… you don’t have to give a billion dollars. It’s not about how much or how far, it’s about looking at your neighbors and seeing how you can help,” she explained. “This isn’t just stuff that’s all over the world, it’s right here, it’s right next to you. It’s important to get involved.”

“The Vampire Diaries” star Ian Somerhalder, the hottest vampire of all time (in my opinion!), sexily bit a British talk show host’s neck during an interview with the VD trinity (Ian, Paul Wesley and Nina Dobrev)- watch video around the 3:40 mark below.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson had done it before. Remember when Rob bit Tyra Banks’ neck (watch video here)? BUT, Ian bites it better! I’m so absolutely jealous of that woman! I want to be bitten by Damon Salvatore too!

Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian caused quite a stir earlier in the year when the duo was photographed frolicking in the surf of the Bahamas. Beliebers said very nasty and vile things to Kim K. on twitter and Justin had to ask his over-zealous fans to knock it off. (Honestly, it was pretty over-the-top ridiculous.) So what was really going down? A photoshoot for Elle magazine, that’s all. Using the theme of The Graduate, (an older woman seduces a much younger man – see the movie – and learn what a cougar really is) the September issue has all sorts of smoldering Kim and Justin looking on admiringly in a great photo spread. Here’s what Kim K. had to say about it:

“Remember those paparazzi pics of me and Justin Bieber in the Bahamas!? Well, I can now reveal that we were shooting for Elle Magazine! I just received the pics from the shoot and I absolutely LOVE how they turned out!The theme of the shoot was ‘The Graduate,’ for obvious reasons, LOL.

Justin and I had such a fun time together at the shoot. What do you guys think of the pics?”

Jackson Rathbone has had a very successful year. The actor has toured with his band 100 Monkeys, starred in two of the summer’s biggest blockbusters, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and The Last Airbender and their is the soon-to-hit-theaters movie Girlfriend, which he co-produced (and has a role in.)

Fox 5 caught up with the good natured Rathbone on the 2010 Teen Choice Awards blue carpet and asked him about the satirical movie Vampires Suck, his crazy year and about his fondest memories of school. Check it above.

Australian magazine Girlfriend nabbed Leighton Meester for the cover of the August 2010 edition.  For the issue, Meester gave the mag some of her personal philosophies on how to be your happiest:

Be Natural: “I never wear make-up when I’m not at work. It can make you forget what you look like, and I’ve grown to really love the way I look without it.”

Have Priorities: “I’ve never been crazy. I’m a very good girl, to be honest. I don’t do anything to hurt anyone. Honestly, all I ever do is work. ”

Resist the Pressure: “I am this way and that’s it. I’ve never been under pressure to lose weight – if I want to eat chocolate, I will.”

She’s certainly right about her work ethic. The actress, who just wrapped filming the movie Monte Carlo with Selena Gomez and Cory Monteith, is currently working in New York on the new season of her hit TV show Gossip Girl. She has a ton of big screen projects for release next year, including The Roommate with Cam Gigandet (my personal fave ex-vampire) and The Oranges with Hugh Laurie.
