Former High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale answered a very difficult M Magazine reader question and gave good advice about how to deal with mean girls in middle school. The actress tells us to ignore the rude and cruel comments and stay positive.

Ashley answers M reader: “I think that you just have to ignore that stuff. I’m a big believer in staying positive and keeping the negative out. I went to regular school so I’ve totally gone through that in the past, it just stems from jealousy and insecurity on the bullies’ part. You have to know that’s why someone is bashing you or talking about you. Just stay true to who YOU are.”

It’s easier said than done, but Ashley is absolutely right. And after you survive middle school and high school, there will be a brand new happy long adult life to live. Stay confident and love yourself!

Actress Katerina Graham, best known for her role as Bonnie Bennet in CW’s hit show “The Vampire Diaries”, is also a very talented singer. In fact, Kat has a degree in recording engineering and her father was a musician.

New teen heartthrob Cody Simpson, who has been labeled the new Justin Bieber, is a super shy thirteen year old with a sweet heart. Cody opened up in a very intimate interview for the latest issue of M Magazine.

The “iYiYi” australian singer explained the meaning behind his big hit and talked about his ideal fist date and his first kiss. The boy seems to know what he is talking about. Here are the highlights:

Cody on what his song “iYiYi” means to him:“It’s about liking a girl and missing her when she’s away. I’ve experienced that feeling and I think everyone has. When I like a girl, she’s always on my mind.”

On his accent attracting girls: “Well, not in Australia because everyone has it, but hopefully in the US it does. But I’m still single!”

Cody’s idea of the perfect first date: “Going to the movies is always a great first date. I wouldn’t go with action though, probably a romantic comedy. I would keep it casual and relaxing.”

On his first kiss: “I’ll keep my first kiss a secret. But my advice is to always use Tic Tacs—like the Citrus Twist ones!

Actress Ashley Tisdale, who plays a cheerleader in the new CW series “Hellcats”, is the cover girl for the upcoming issue of American Cheerleader Magazine (October 2010). In the interview, the 25 year-old actress talks about dating, her new show, fame, boys and how hard it is to be a good cheerleader.

On Fame: “It’s not normal to have people constantly talking about you and having paparazzi and all that craziness. You have to block it out and live your life as normally as you can.”

On CW series “Hellcats”: “It’s dramatic with some great cheers and really good energy. I have a really good feeling about it.”

On being a cheerleader: “I was really shy when I was younger and cheerleading helped me come out of my shell.” (She was a Spartan cheerleader in Ocean Township, NJ.)

On cheerleaders: “To anyone who thinks cheerleading isn’t a sport, I can definitely tell you that it is.”

On dating: “I don’t really date other actors. I think they’re great, but I like being with someone who has different interests than I do. At the end of the day, I want to be able to go home and talk about other things.”

“The Last Song” co-stars, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, have officially broken up after almost a year together. Miley dumped her previous boyfriend, Justin Gaston, for a chance of a relationship with the Aussie hottie.

We have been noticing that for the past at least couple of months whenever the two were seen out and about together, they did not look really happy. Miley had to clear split rumors back in July.

Miley wrote on her blog in July, “Just wanna clear up a rumor. Liam [Hemsworth] and I did not break. EVER! We are so happy and a lot of that has to do with the amazing relationship he has with my family.” Well, Miley and Liam did not last forever and ever, but we hope it was good while it lasted.

The Emmy awards season parties kicked off on Monday night with the Audi/Chopard sponsored dinner at Cecconi’s Restaurant in West Hollywood and Chelsea Staub was in attendance with Brian Logan Dales.

The 21 year-old star of JONAS L.A. is also in Disney’s animated series Fish Hooks, as the voice of the overly-dramatic goldfish Bea. The cartoon debuts after Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam on September 3rd.

Jennifer Stone made the red carpet premiere of the new Drew Barrymore/Justin Long comedy Going the Distance on Monday night. The Wizards of Waverly Place actress wore a shimmering dress for the movie and had a cute fishtail braid for the evening.

Stone is also in Mean Girls 2 with Nicole Gale Anderson, Meaghan Martin and Maiara Walsh due out next year.

The Emma Roberts film, The Winning Season, is finally getting a release date (September 3rd) and Hollywood Crush has a posted great new clip with Emma.

The sports comedy, starring Sam Rockwell as the washed up coach trying for a shot at redemption by taking on the local girls varsity basketball team, also has Rooney Mara (the actress cast in the big screen adaptation of the book The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and Shareeka Epps (she was amazing in Half-Nelson with Ryan Gosling.)

Epps is also in Yelling to the Sky with Gabourey Sidibe and Zoe Kravitz. Mara will be onscreen next in The Social Network and Roberts is working on Scream 4 with Hayden Panettiere. Some amazing, high profile projects for all.

Nickelodeon’s “Victorious” star Victoria Justice is set to make a special guest appearance in an upcoming episode of Miranda Cosgrove’s hit show, iCarly. Victoria hasn’t revealed much about her role, but she could be playing herself.

Victoria said, “”On the set of iCarly today to do a little webisode!! Ahhh I’m so happy to be back on set!! I sincerely love all these people . Yayy :{D” ”
