The 17 year-old strips down to her underwear to roll around in bed, play in the bathroom and get freaky on the backseat before bumping and grinding at a club in the new music video for “Who Owns My Heart” (watch video below), the second single out of “Can’t Be Tamed”.

This is a typical dance song. As I said before, Miley should go back to her roots. Go country and dress appropriately. This music video was apparently just released for European eyes… the US has to wait a couple more months until Miley 18th birthday to see her scantily-clad on the cover of some men’s magazine.
