Saoirse Ronan landed on the cover of Irish Magazine U and she looks fierce! The talented Ronan has come under some scrutiny lately (similiar to Chloe Moretz) for being so young and taking on very adult roles. Ronan is playing killers/assassins in her next films: Hannah (to start filming next year) and Violet and Daisy currently filming. (In my opinion, both Moretz and Ronan seem well-adjusted away from Hollywood trappings so they should continue taking these parts and challenging perceptions.)

The teenage actress has her professional plate full – with tons of new movies in the pipeline. She is so sought after, Moviefone named her one of their 25 Under 25 stars to watch for the coming year:

What She’s Done: The Irish-born actress received Oscar, Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations for her performance in ‘Atonement’; starred in Peter Jackson’s adaptation of ‘The Lovely Bones.’

What’s Next: She’ll star in the WWII prison drama ‘The Way Back,’ re-team with her ‘Atonement’ director for the action-thriller ‘Hannah,’ and bring the young adult novel ‘The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle’ to the big-screen as the title character.

Did You Know? Ronan got her start working on prime-time medical dramas in her native Ireland.

Taylor Swift is making history this month. The 20 year-old music superstar broke three Billboard records last week by having 11 of her songs on the chart at once, the most songs written by one artist charting in the same week and all those songs are off one album.

On Tuesday November 9th, Swift, who has had some intense ups and downs this week, holds yet another title: BMI’s Country Songwriter of the Year - the youngest person ever awarded that honor.

Swift became the youngest recipient of the prize, telling the crowd, “It’s been a really emotional week for me.” And while this week has been filled with highs, it has also had its share of lows as she attended the funeral of a friend on Monday. She added, “He was 21, and I used to play my songs for him first.”

Congratulations on the record-winning weeks, Taylor. It’s unfortunate it was at the same time she was dealing with losing someone so close to her.

Tonight she will perform at the CMA’s (Country Music Awards) and perhaps pick up another trophy as she is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year. It is rumored she will sing “Back To December,” the emotionaly song reportedly written about Taylor Lautner.

Post Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe is Arthur Kipps, a young solicitor in the very popular British ghost story The Woman In Black. The haunting tale of a lonely woman who dies and takes her secrets and pain to her grave, Kipps is charged with sifting through her paperwork in the empty desolate house while a feeling of unease overcomes him. Here is the official movie plot synopsis:

The story follows a young lawyer, Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe), who is ordered to travel to a remote village and sort out a recently deceased client’s papers. As he works alone in the client’s isolated house, Kipps begins to uncover tragic secrets, his unease growing when he glimpses a mysterious woman dressed only in black. Receiving only silence from the locals, Kipps is forced to uncover the true identity of the Woman in Black on his own, leading to a desperate race against time when he discovers her true intent.

Hammer Films has released two new photos from the film of Radcliffe in all his lawyerly sideburned goodness.  The story is originally from a 1983 novel by Susan Hill. It was so successful, it was turned into a stage adaptation in 1987 and has been a long-running play in London’s West End ever since.

Pixie Lott was in Dublin, Ireland for a concert and spent some time strolling around the city wearing cat ears. The Boys and Girls singer, who calls her fans “crazy cats” and her tour is named The Crazy Cats Tour, was adorable in kitten ears.

Lott is making news not just for her headwear. The fashion world is buzzing that Pixie may be the next collaborator with Topshop – dethroning reigning Queen Kate Moss as the go-to resident designer.

Rumours of Pixie’s alleged Topshop line reached fever pitch over the weekend as the popstress partied with Topshop tycoon Philip Green’s daughter and fashion confidante, Chloe Green at London hotspot Movida.

Lott already has a successful line with Lipsy so she has the fashion chops to pull it off.

Kick-Ass star Chloe Moretz attended the Private View of Dior Illustrated: Rene Gruau and the Line of Beauty at Somerset House in London on November 9th. The legendary fashion illustrator, Gruau was influential to other artists through his time at Dior.

Moretz was cute and chic with her purple floral dress and black tights and shoes. Chloe said she is enjoying her time in London (via her twitter) that she is going to the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 premiere! Lucky girl!

Disney opened a brand new store in Time Square in New York City today and American Idol alum Jordin Sparks belted out a couple of songs for the ceremony. Disney Times Square property is 20,000 square foot and is their largest retail store.

Sparks attended with NYC Mayor Bloomberg and sang her rendition of the classic Disney tune “Beauty and the Beast.”

Miley Cyrus is still overseas and the Disney diva turned up at a store in Derby, England to promote her clothing range George at Asda with Max Azria. Cyrus, 17, looked fabulous as hundreds waited to meet the pop star and have her sign a copy of her album.

Miley made a super-secret stop at a primary school (arranged by Asda) before heading off to the store signing. The kids were so taken with the Hannah Montana star, they giggled and were all smiles as they asked her lots of questions:

The kids were awestruck when their head teacher brought the singer into the hall – but soon hands were flying into the air as they got the chance to ask questions: “What’s your favourite song?”, “How do you change into Hannah?”, “Are you real?”, “Do you have a boyfriend?” That last question brought lots of giggles around the school hall and the answer “No!”

That was really very sweet of Miley. The kids were delighted by her!

Tom Felton attended the 2010 Pride Of Britain Awards in London at the Grosvenor House Hotel with his long time girlfriend, Jade Olivia. The awards celebrate those who overcome personal adversity or show bravery in the face of impossible odds.

Felton and Olivia seemed genuinely happy to be together and were all smiles on the red carpet. The Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows actor was recently asked if he was a romantic and the 23 year-old said:

“Incredibly. Young Casanova here! Once every couple of months, I do things properly. I get roses, teddy bears and balloons. It sounds corny, but I also write songs about Jade and play ballads on the guitar.”

Too sweet! Felton always comes across as the complete opposite of his Draco Malfoy character. He’s got a warmth and charm that I hope he gets to show more of as he lands more roles now that Harry Potter is over.

Pixie Lott arrived the 2010 Pride Of Britain awards in London at the Grosvenor House Hotel and the “Mama Do” singer looked elegant. Lott wore a simple black dress and her hair was swept back in a beautiful up-do.

Pixie recently donated her song “Get Weak” to the BeatBullying organization and is fronting the online protest to stop the aggressive act and bring awareness of the long-term effects.
