Justin Bieber got philosophical on twitter with a message to fans.

Bieber, who has a new single with Chris Brown set to drop in the next few days, may be feeling a little pressure from fans as Brown just got into a very nasty twitter argument with Raz-B where homophobic slurs were slung like hash at a diner.

Bieber is trying to stay out of the public fray and not incur a backlash from fans who are ticked the Canadian pop star has decided to work with Brown. The Biebs posted this on twitter:

@chrisbrown new year. new opportunity. new music. #itsaboutthattime

all people are equal and all people deserve respect. but with the respect the lord teaches forgiveness. a new year is coming. let him judge

that’s all i really got to say about that. I just wanna make music and do what i love. I wanna give back for my blessings and enjoy 2011…

Hollywood is such a small town in some ways.

Zac Efron (and his new military buzz cut,) is spending some GTL (gym, tan, laundry) time in the Turks & Caicos with the emphasis on the G. It seems Efron is on vacation with Bruce Willis and his family, staying at the Willis’ island abode in Parrot Cay.

The Lucky One star has made some women feel particularly happy as he’s been spotted regularly working out in a gym resort.

Efron, who split with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens at the beginning of the month, doesn’t ever take a holiday from that hot body of his.

Nina Dobrev is surrounded by flowers on the very pink February 2011 cover of Canada’s Flare magazine. The Vampire Diaries star has a sparkly L’Wren Scott dress and subdued make-up for the ‘Hello Spring’ issue.

Dobrev spills the details on her most memorable day and her best date ever:

Her most memorable day: “There have been so many, but most recently, being part of The Emmys was pretty incredible. I documented every moment from the recording of the Bruce Springsteen track “Born To Be” to the rehearsals with Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, and Jane Lynch (to name a few) to the on stage performance/dance we all did on Emmy night. It was so exhilarating and fun.”

The best date: “It’s a toss up between two: “[In the first], I was supposed to have a date with someone, and at the last minute I had to fly to another city for business. Not only was he extremely understanding of the whole situation, but he surprised me by flying to meet me for dinner later that night. I was shocked at how far (literally) he would go to surprise, and spend time with me. It was very romantic. [In the second], after a long, extremely exhausting, and emotionally draining day on set, I got back home to find my boyfriend in the kitchen making me dinner. He handed me a glass of wine and walked me into the living room where there was a massage table set up. He said ‘You’ve had a rough day, I have a masseuse coming to the house in a few minutes and after you’re finished with your massage dinner will be ready.’ I almost died. That is what I call romantic and thoughtful.”

Suite Life on Deck stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse have another ‘Got Milk’ ad hitting magazines soon. The twins love milk so much, they are pretty possessive about it:

Dylan shared, “At home, we each get one gallon each and we defend that milk with our lives. If we even sense that there was a drippity drop out of those gallons…”

Cole joined in, “It’s go time.”

Leighton Meester and Seventeen magazine are giving a patterned Versace dress cover space for the February 2011 issue. The Gossip Girl star gives Seventeen the scoop about love, friendship and partying:

Partying Ain’t Her Thing:
“I’m not really a partier, in general. I’ve definitely learned that that’s probably the least interesting thing you can do with your time.”

Love Happens:
“I want a family someday and I know that I have to let love in to create that and I think there is someone out there for me, but I’m not on some crazy hunt for that right now.”

Take It Slow:
“The way I become friends with somebody is a slow process. You can’t just spill your guts and tell them everything about yourself and expect them to listen and understand you because you don’t know them. It’s the same thing with a relationship.”

Leighton’s issue is on sale January 4, 2011.

Chord Overstreet is a flute playing, riverdancing, grass cutting, nail biting kinda guy. The Glee star revealed a few things about himself for fans – some serious, some not so much. Check his short video.

Logan Lerman is the hot tempered D’Artagan in Paul W.S. Anderson’s upcoming The Three Musketeers 3D. Decked out in 17th century garment of a white tunic and riding pants, Lerman is taking on the classic character from the novel by Alexandre Dumas.

In the first official still from the upcoming flick, Logan is shown with Matthew Macfadyen as Athos, Lerman as D’Artagnan, Ray Stevenson as Porthos, and Luke Evans as Aramis.

Mom’s always pull out your baby pictures at holiday time and Denise Jonas is no exception. Kevin and Joe Jonas might have been surprised to find out their mom posted a picture of the two on her twitter after a night of watching home movies. Denise said:

“Great night-True Grit then home movies from 1990! Joe wasn’t even a year old. Cutest boys ever!”

Kevin looks exactly the same – only older!

Christmas nostalgia from the Jonas household. Thanks for sharing that Mrs. Jonas. That was cute.

Justin Bieber has recorded a song with Chris Brown and Brown sent the word out on twitter that it’s about to drop:

“ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!! 2011.”

Bieber had dropped the duet tip back in October on his twitter saying:

“Kinda hyped rt now. for a new single teamed up with one of my friends and an artist I used to sing covers of on youtube. BIG RECORD. SMASH!!” He then tweeted a video of himself covering Brown’s “With You.”

This could be some serious rehab for Brown’s very tarnished image but could it hurt Bieber’s?

Brown plead guilty to assaulting singer Rihanna in June of 2009. He has successfully completed his community service and the court-ordered domestic violence program but will be on probation for 3 1/2 more years.

Giving credit where credit is due, Brown did step up and took responsibility for his actions and has done everything he’s been asked by the court. He’s kept out of trouble, but what he did to Rihanna was awful.

So the questions remain: Is it time to let him off the hook? Are you OK with Justin choosing to record with Brown?

Victoria Justice is pretty in a strapless peachy pink dress and awesome oversize floral cuff for the cover of the 2011 issue Seventeen Prom.

Justice, who’s never been to a prom, dishes to the mag about finding the right dress, don’t be desperate for a boy (amen, sister!) and what she thinks prom should be all about:

On finding the perfect party dress: “All of the outfits that I’ve worn have made me feel special in different ways, but fit is so much more important to me than wearing a designer brand. I’d rather find a really cheap dress and have it fit me.”

On what prom means to her: “I think prom is just about enjoying yourself. You shouldn’t have to worry about guys at all. It should just be about hanging out with your friends and having the best time you’ve ever had. And even if you don’t have the best time you’ve ever had, you’ll have plenty of good times in the future. I don’t think there has to be so much pressure put on this night. Just take it easy and have a positive attitude, and you’re going to have a great night either way.”

On finding a perfect prom date: “Guys don’t like girls that throw themselves at them. That’s something that I’ve learned. I feel like a lot of girls do things to get attention for a guy to notice them, but you don’t want to do the wrong things to get attention. A guy wants a classy girl who is smart and has goals — someone that he wouldn’t be afraid to bring home to his parents.”

I just love Victoria! She’s very smart and self-assured.
