The 2010 British Fashion Awards were held on Tuesday December 7th and Emma Roberts came to the party in grand style. Held at the Savoy in London, the 19 year-old actress chose a Julien Macdonald blue and black floral print dress with lacy cut outs around the sides and neckline.

Demi Lovato may be facing a lawsuit when she gets out of rehab. The Camp Rock 2 star entered rehab after boarding a Disney tour plane in Brazil and punching back up dancer Alex Welch in the face. The confrontation came when Lovato thought Welch had snitched on her to the tour managers and her step father after a night of partying landed her in hot water.

Welch says she has never received an apology from the 18 year-old troubled singer and her lawyer states that he will file a lawsuit on Welch’s behalf to seek restitution:

“We will be filing a lawsuit next week,” said Donald Karpel, Welch’s lawyer. “We will be seeking punitive damages for assault, battery and for mental stress.”

When asked if Welch wants Lovato to pay for her medical bills, Karpel said: “We are exploring all of our options right now.

“After the attack, Alex had to get emergency treatment. She is now consulting a Beverly Hills ears, nose and throat plastic surgeon. “

Does this really need to go to court? Should Demi or Disney pay for her medical bills – yeah, of course (and why haven’t they already?) but a plastic surgeon? That seems excessive when there are photos of Welch smiling with Nick Jonas (and the shiner) see below – although who knows how much real damage was done.

Presenting at the first ever American Country Awards, Jennette McCurdy walked the red carpet in Las Vegas on Monday, December 6th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena before hitting the stage. The “Not That Far Away” singer wore a one shouldered black and silver mini dress to the event and she looked great!

The “A Year Without Rain” singer performed her hit as her Wizards of Waverly Place costars David Henrie and Jake T. Austin looked on. Gomez had lots of support from her Ramona & Beezus pal Joey King too.

Emma Stone hit the Hollywood fundraising event Trevor Live! supporting the Trevor Project. Stone is a blonde again for her part as Gwen Stacy in the new Spiderman movie with Andrew Garfield.

Actress Brittany Snow was on hand for the benefit evening as well. Snow was part of creating the Love Is Louder campaign in response to the highly publicized suicides of bullied teens this past year.

The Hollywood Paladium show included Jane Lynch honoring Kathy Griffin and Darren Criss and the ‘Glee’ Dalton Warblers performing “Teenage Dream” with Katy Perry coming in to accompany the group on her song.

Anna Kendrick attended the Trevor Live! event at the Hollywood Paladium in Los Angeles on December 5th. The Twilight star was part of the West Coast annual fundraiser for “an evening of irreverent comedy, music and awards in support of the life-saving work of The Trevor Project.” Kendrick wore a Zuhair Murad mini dress and looked beautiful as ever.

Georgie Henley walked the red carpet for the 2010 Moet British Independent Film Awards in London at the Old Billingsgate Market on Sunday December 5th. The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader star is lovely in a shirred Lanvin for H & M dress.

Henley’s latest Narnia film opens Friday December 10th.

ABC Family’s Winter Wonderland event held in New York City brought out the cast of Pretty Little Liars. Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson and Troian Bellisario were bundled up in their stylish coats (love Lucy’s bright blue with faux fur trim) to hit the Rockefeller ice skating rink and the Rock Center Cafe on Sunday (December 5th) afternoon.

PLL is set to return with episode 11 “Moments Later” on January 3rd, 2011.

Emma Roberts took in the 2010 Moet British Independent Film Awards with her Homework costar Freddie Highmore. The teens took the red carpet of the event held at Old Billingsgate Market in London on Sunday December 5th.

Roberts and Highmore are cast in the movie as two high school students who find friendship and more while studying together. The film will get it’s first showing at Sundance Film Festival in 2011.
