Actress Emma Roberts and Dave Franco, who is the brother of the 2011 Oscar host, actor James Franco, tell a beautiful love story in a new music video for the song “Go Outside” by the Cults (see video above).

The 20 year-old Julia Roberts’ niece looks fantastic as a retro-glamorous blonde bombshell. I love the look. It fits her. Emma is also working hard on promoting her new movie “Homework”, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last month (watch short clip HERE).

Hayden Panettiere was enjoying lunch with some friends at a cafe in Venice Beach, California when a very large Pit Bull decided to greet the actress.

Panettiere petted the pooch as it put it’s front paws up on the fence to get a little closer and gave her a big wet puppy smooch.

The dog was verrrrry friendly to Hayden and just about licked her make-up off!

Panettiere didn’t seem to mind and laughed with her friends at the unexpected doggie kiss.

Hot young British actress Lily Collins was seen out and about on a shopping trip with her mommy Jill Tavelman in Beverly Hills, California on Wednesday (February 23)- more pictures below.

Both mom and daughter do not look completely satisfied after some retail therapy, but Lily, whose father is musician Phil Collins, still managed to flash the cutest smile to the paparazzo’s camera.

The 21 year-old might be moving to LA permanently to stay closer to her rumored boyfriend, Twilight hunk and her “Abduction” co-star Taylor Lautner.

Taylor Swift landed in the USA yesterday after spending a few weeks overseas as she finished the Asian leg of her Speak Now tour.

The country music star touched down at LAX airport wearing her lucky number 13 on her right hand. Swift says:

‘I paint this on my hand before every show because 13 is my lucky number – for a lot of reasons. It’s really weird,’ she said.

Taylor explains: ‘I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album when gold in 13 weeks. My first #1 song had a 13-second intro.

‘Every time I’ve won an award I’ve been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter.’

The 21 year-old heads to Brussels in March for her European leg of the tour and then is back in the States in May to tour through the summer.

Twilight star Kellan Lutz was absolutely elegant on the black carpet of the 13th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards held at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday (February 22)- more pictures below.

The 25 year-old actor recently become a spokesmodel and a new designer for denim label Dylan George’s new line for men to be launched in the fall (promo picture below). Kellan was excited to be part of the creative process with the help of Dylan George’s founder Daniel Guez.

Zac Efron is in New York City to work on his latest movie New Year’s Eve.

The 23 year-old actor is braving the winter weather to film his part in the ensemble featuring Michelle Pfieffer, Halle Berry, Ashton Kutcher, Abigail Breslin and Lea Michele.

Efron, who recently broke up with long time girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, was spotted with actress Teresa Palmer at the beginning of the month and onlookers described the two as affectionate, but Palmer says not true.

“Wow laughing at all these crazy comments!! I am only going to say this once and never say it again….

Zac is my FRIEND and I have known him for years. I am very happy to be single and felt the need to put his young fans out of their misery!”

New Year’s Eve is currently filming and due in theaters in time for the holiday.

The swoosh is a thing of history…

Justin Bieber sent his fans and twitter into a frenzy with the news and photo of his signature ‘do getting cropped. The photo of Bieber in the chair shows Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox with the scissors but it was Justin’s stylist Vanessa who actually did the deed. (The singer said he was working with Rascal Flatts on a new video.)

Bieber called in to TMZ yesterday to talk about the cut and left a message on twitter to his fans:

“yeah so it’s true…i got a lil haircut…i like it…and we are giving all the hair cut to CHARITY to auction. Details coming soon.”

Most Beliebers were relatively happy with his new look (short on the sides, still a little long in the front but more versatile) however it has been said that 2000 people unfollowed his twitter in reaction to the cut!

What? That’s crazy! It’s cute. It’s not drastic and you fans had to know he’d want to change it eventually.

Kellan Lutz hit the magenta carpet at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, February 20th.

Lutz is still sporting his dark hair for his role as Poseidon in the upcoming Immortals, with costar and brand new Superman Henry Cavill.

The Twilight actor recently announced he is branching out in the fashion realm. Lutz is teaming up with label Dylan George to front their ad campaign and also work on a side brand.

The new line, Abbott and Main, will see him collaborate with George creator Daniel Guez and will include men’s t-shirts and knitwear.

Lutz said:

“I went to school for chemical engineering. I love to create. I’ve always wanted to get into fashion.

“I’ve always liked drawing, not space age stuff but high fashion”.

The designs will be available later this year.

Jenna Ushkowitz and Michael Trevino took in the NBA All-Star Game at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 20th.

While the couple did not pose together on the magenta carpet heading inside (at least no photos have surfaced yet,) they were spotted together inside the venue.

Trevino has been everywhere but filming in Atlanta lately as his character on The Vampire Diaries, Tyler Lockwood, has taken off to learn the werewolf rules with (and perhaps spy on?) Jules (Michaela McManus.) Hopefully, he will be back soon. I know I certainly miss the Tyler/Caroline (Candice Accola) storyline!

Ashley Greene got a jump on her birthday as she headed to Las Vegas and Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace Resort and Casino on Saturday, February 19th.

The Twilight actress and her boyfriend, Joe Jonas celebrated her 24th birthday (which is today, February 21st) with a Candy Land inspired cake, friends and good times.

Greene told People magazine that Jonas bought her a very special gift; a gold Chanel charm bracelet (see it in the photo above.) The actress said:

“The funny thing about it is when I got it, my boyfriend said it’s vintage Coach – and I was like ‘Thanks so much.’ And then I put it on and was like, ‘Oh my god, this is Chanel,’ ” Greene said, letting out a scream.

“It was very cute and sweet and adorable to me because my boyfriend gave it to me,” she said. “Coach, Chanel, [it] makes no difference to him … [But] I absolutely love it because he knows what I like.”
