Who Is Rebecca Black? This is the new girl everybody is talking about. The aspiring young singer just released a music video for her super auto-tuned hit “Friday” (see video above) and she became an overnight sensation on YouTube.

Some people are describing Rebecca as the next Justin Bieber! Well, the female version of the teen phenomenon with millions of wild, crazy and loyal fans all over the world. Rebecca is just a 13 year-old girl who loves to sing, dance and act from Los Angeles, California.

It’s probably too soon to make such a comparison. Cody Simpson was supposed to be the next JBieber, but he isn’t – not yet! Let us know what you think of Rebbeca’s “Friday” in the comments below.

Holy collaboration! Justin Bieber joined singing forces with the Rascal Flatts for a beautiful new song titled “That Should Be Me” (watch music video below), featured in the teen’s latest album “Never Say Never – The Remixes”.

The highly anticipated video marked the Justin Bieber Haircut milestone in the teen superstar’s career. That haircut he got on the set of this music video changed everything for him. Justin’s got a hot girlfriend (Selena Gomez) and he wanted a more mature look. Mission accomplished.

Emma Roberts took in the Ready-to-Wear 2011 Fall/Winter Chanel show earlier this week in Paris, France.

The Homework actress chose a baby blue tweed Chanel dress with feathery, fringe trim and silver platform heels and showed off her legs. Amanda Seyfried was also featured in this dress on the cover of Marie Claire UK April 2011 issue (see photos below.)

Roberts, 20, is the cover of Women’s Health and told the magazine she keeps in shape (and those amazing legs) by pole dancing.

“I started taking classes with friends as a way to both work out and hang out. You don’t realize how much upper-body strength you need! It’s also a good way to build confidence.”

Nina Dobrev takes the cover of Teen Vogue for April 2011 issue.

The Vampire Diaries star is currently juggling the roles of vampire Katherine and the human Elena. She confesses to the magazine how tired she is playing two parts on the hit CW show.

“When I signed on to the show, I didn’t know whether I’d be playing both girls,” says Nina. “And while it’s been cool, it’s also exhausting because it’s double the work. You invest so much of your heart and soul and energy into making even one character. It’s like doing two movies at once.”

Dobrev says with her work schedule what it is, she doesn’t have much free time.

“By the time I get home, memorize the next day’s work, brush my teeth, remove all the makeup, and shower to get the blood off . . . And then I have to be back at work in seven hours. I can only do so much.”

But the 22 year-old does have a moment to address the speculation and rumors she is dating her costar, 32 year-old Ian Somerhalder.

“We expected the rumors,” she says. “Like, if I wasn’t dating Ian, I’d be dating Paul [Wesley]. A lot of people who work together end up dating, so it wouldn’t be unusual, but I’ve never dated anyone I’ve worked with.”

Josh Hutcherson has landed in Havana, Cuba to film with acclaimed actor Benicio Del Toro.

Del Toro is making his directorial debut in 7 Days in Havana. The film is shot in 7 parts with different directors for each day of the week who provide their vision on life in the Cuban city.

Del Toro is helming the segement Monday, as a fictionalized documentary with Hutcherson playing Yuma, an American actor traveling to Havana for the first time and discovering the culture.

The 18 year-old actor told reporters it was easy to work with Del Toro “because of the way he directs.”

Hutcherson just finished filming Journey 2 with Vanessa Hudgens.

The cast and crew of Twilight were evacuated to a safer location today amid fears of a possible tsunami after the devastating 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan early Friday morning.

Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and other cast members were set to continue filming Breaking Dawn near the coastal town of Tofino, British Columbia when news broke of the quake and the threat of possible waves.

The Facebook page of The Twilight Saga was recently updated with a posting letting fans know everyone was safe:

“Due to the tsunami advisory, filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn has been delayed. All cast and crew were evacuated to the movie production’s base camp. Everyone is safe and sound.”

“Never Say Never” star Justin Bieber has finally convinced his good friend Jaden Smith to Twitter. YEP, Jaden Smith is now officially on Twitter – FOLLOW Jaden at @OfficialJaden!

Justin welcomed Jaden by tweeting all his 8 million followers/fans to follow the new Karate Kid, who also makes a special appearance on Justin’s documentary movie. Justin said, “everyone follow @officialjaden and get him to 500,000 followers today!”

Justin also embarrassed his friend when he posted a then and now picture of Jaden with the caption (pic below), “My boy @officialjaden looks the same as he did when he was 6 hhaha (photo shot by me).” CUTE!!

Justin Bieber’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez, just debuted the new music video for her upcoming single “Who Says”, directed by Chris Applebaum (watch video below). The beautiful song, which is a self-esteem anthem, is the first single off Selena’s second studio album.

Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice is the hot new cover girl of the upcoming April 2011 issue of Seventeen Magazine. The 18 year-old “Victorious” actress made some controversial statements on “trying things” – Victoria tried it and she did not like it!

Victoria confessed she tried smoking and drinking with her friends, before she realized those habits were just keeping her from having fun. Do not worry. Victoria seems to be a very responsible girl. Here’s what she had to say:

“I”m not going to lie to you: I’ve tried things. I’m not some robot who’s programmed to be perfect. I’ve been to high school parties. And even if I’ve had a drink, it’s always in a responsible way.

I did go through a phase when I wanted to try smoking, and for a minute I did. But shortly after, I just kind of realized it was gross, and I didn’t like anything about it. If I’m at a party, I’m going to dance, not huddle in some corner and smoke or sneak a drink.

I feel that smoking, drinking, and doing drugs are kind of selfish because you end up isolating yourself from everyone else. And I’ve had to make certain choices and be a lot more responsible with my life. I’ve been given a huge opportunity, and I don’t want to let my fans and family down.”

This simply proves Nickelodeon is a much safer place for young stars, when compared to Disney. The beautiful Victoria is wise beyond her years, but she like every other girl she also has insecurities.

Victoria said, “I wasn’t always confident; that’s something I’ve grown into and am still working on. I still have so many insecurities that I’m trying to grow out of. These days beauty is something that feels so enforced. All girls, including myself, have to learn to love themselves the way they are.”
