Hayden Panettiere was red hot on the red carpet for the premiere of Scream 4 at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Monday (April 11th) night.

Panettiere chose a red draped silk dress by Zac Posen with squared neckline and pointed shoulders for the event. She kept her hair slicked back and added a gunmetal metallic gray Judith Leiber clutch to finish her look. She looked fabulous.

The 21 year-old actress told BuzzSugar the Scream script and plot was kept on a tight leash and even the actors didn’t get many details before filming began.

“As we were shooting things came together you got a much clearer vision of what it was going to be, of what they wanted and who this character was going to be, how the story unfolds,” Hayden said.

She also said her costar, Neve Campbell told her “Girl, you just gotta go for it,” as Panettiere said she spent a long time screaming at nothing in take after take for the film.
