The most successful film franchise is coming to an end in July with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and the trailer has just been released.

It premiered tonight on ABC Family during a showing of Happy Gilmore and the anticipation was worth it. Epic, operatic and grand the last movie looks to deliver the fury and the devastation that the magical world endures in the final battle of Harry VS Voldemort.

British charmer Robert Pattinson was in Berlin for the premiere of Water For Elephants at the CineStar with costar Christopher Waltz on Wednesday.

The actor chose a brown Gucci suit for the red carpet but earlier in the day he and Waltz were much more casually dressed for a photo call at the Hotel de Rome (photos are below.)

The 24 year-old actor has shared in the past how much he loved working with Tai the elephant in this film but today, reporters asked him which circus animal he would be if he could choose. He decided he wanted to be like the vegetarian bear that was on the set of WFE, who loved cinnamon rolls.

“I like the idea of sitting around all day, being a bear and then eating pastries,” Pattinson said.

Jessica Szohr was trying out a new look at the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue event at Eden in Los Angeles on Tuesday night and it’s, well, different.

The Gossip Girl actress wore a black see-thru lace dress with black bra underneath and had long shaggy bangs paired with electric blue eyeliner and looked messy at the stylish party. At least she took a risk!

Szohr, 26, was just cast as the lead in the film Owned, a high school comedy about a girl who tries blackmailing her unpopular neighbor only to have him end up on top of the high school food chain. Sounds similar to Easy A.

Hayden Panettiere popped in to the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue event at Eden nightclub in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

The 21 year-old actress wore a black lace and satin Camilla and Marc dress that she accented with a black blazer and Jimmy Choo shoes.

Panettiere recently revealed she’s ready to move on and land movie roles with a darker edge.

“I feel like I’m finally getting to that place where I can play those in-their-early-20s roles, which are the ones you can really sink your teeth into,” the actress said.

“I still have to get over that hump of being seen as the cheerleader – and as very, very, young.”

Meaghan Martin took in the party at the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue event at L.A. hotspot Eden on Tuesday night.

The Mean Girls 2 star wore a beige striped mini dress to the party and looked terrific.

Joe Jonas was honored at the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue Event at Eden in Los Angeles on Tuesday night for his casual style.

The 21 year-old singer was given the nod and won the Laid-Back Style award and the singer was amused.

“I guess it’s not the dressed-up rocker [prize],” he joked with MTV.

“I just try to dress to be myself,” Jonas said. “I love style and I love fashion, and I’ve always been really interested in it. And I think it’s a big piece [of life] for musicians out there. You know a lot of people are looking at everything you do and I’ve always wanted to be myself with what I wear, and to be recognized for it is really cool.”

While this probably wasn’t everything he got from his older sister for his birthday, this is a pretty cute gift.

Taylor Swift was able to give Austin Swift a great big smile on his face when she surprised him with something a little unusual for his recent birthday: Lederhosen.

Taylor posted the pic on twitter of her and her 19 year-old brother carrying a tankard and wearing the traditional German clothing – lederhosen and tunic – while she looks on with a straight face.

“I finally got to see my brother and give him his birthday present– this outfit I bought in Germany,” the singer said with the accompanying photo.

Taylor, 21, is wearing a milkmaid/farmer’s daughter kind of dress (what no dirndl for you Taylor?)

Blake Lively is joining some Hollywood heavyweights for her next film.

The 24 year-old actress has joined director Oliver Stone’s film Savages, based on the novel by Don Winslow. By accepting this part, Lively cannot take the role of Glinda the Good Witch in Oz: The Great and Powerful, which she was considering. Both are scheduled to begin shooting in June.

In the film the Gossip Girl actress will play Ophelia, the girlfriend and accomplice of two local, small time California marijuana dealers who try to stay under the radar of the big drug cartels. Ophelia is eventually kidnapped and held for ransom.

John Travolta, Uma Thurman, Taylor Kitsch, Benicio del Toro and Salma Hayek are just some of the big names attached to this project with a few roles still left to cast.

New York City is in full Glee-mania.

The cast of the hit TV show are filming the finale (the New Directions group is headed to Nationals) on the East Coast and Mayor Bloomberg took time out to welcome them at a press conference held at the Gershwin Theater.

Joking with the cast, the Big Apple Mayor said “Mayors don’t get a lot of time to watch television, so I don’t know much about this season’s plot but actually it would be great to see what happens with Finn and Rachel.”

“We’ve been filming ‘Glee’ in Los Angeles for two years. We’ve never met the mayor there,” said executive producer Dante Di Loreto.

The show is filming the season two episode (to air May 24th) and they will be around until the 29th. They are scheduled to shoot scenes at some of the major landmarks, including Lincoln Center, Times Square and Central Park.

So far, most of the cast has been spotted, papped and twitterazzi’d all around the city.

Working on a hit Broadway musical with 8 shows a week leaves you little spare time so it’s no big surprise that Daniel Radcliffe won’t be up Friday to watch the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“I won’t be getting up at 4AM to watch the wedding. I’ll catch the highlights on CNN because they’ll be running something 24/7,” the Harry Potter actor told Celebuzz.

The British actor does send out well wishes for the famous couple.

“I am very happy for them. I wish them all the happiness in the world,” Radcliffe said.

While he wasn’t invited to the wedding and will sleep through it, Daniel did get some other good news today.

The 21 year-old is among the nominees for a 2011 Drama League Award for his role in the revival of the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
