American Idol alum Adam Lambert and his boyfriend, Finnish Big Brother star Sauli Koskinen were both taken into police custody last night, after the pair got into a lovers quarrel outside a gay nightclub.

And by “lovers quarrel” we mean a drop down, drag out fist fight.  Yeah, you read that right.

Lambert and Koskinen have since been released from Finnish prison and while the “Whataya Want from Me” singer is yet to comment on the incident, Koskinen immediately took to his blog to weigh in on his brush with the law.  (The following was translated by Finnish sources.)

Publicity is not easy, but also celebrities are just human. Love is not easy either, but it lasts forever!

After that he thanks for a great evening and assures that despite what happened everything is fine.

P.S. By the way, paparazzi, the police also has back doors… So go home already!

I’m not 100% sure what that all means, but from what I can gather, Sauli wants the paparazzi to leave his relationship with Adam (who’s obviously a very caring and supportive partner…) alone.

Um, maybe it’s time to think about going your separate ways boys.
