Lest we all start thinking that celebrities can do whatever the please, an American Airlines flight attendant has finally done what countless law enforcement officials are too afraid to do – stand up to a famous person. 

On a flight out of LAX late last night, actor Alec Baldwin was forced to deplane after refusing to turn off his cellular device.

The star of NBC’s hit comedy 30 Rock, took to his Twitter to voice his outrage.

The flight attendant on American reamed me out for playing Words With Friends while we sat at the gate, not moving… No wonder American Air is bankrupt.

Baldwin’s rep added that,

Alec was asked to leave the flight for playing Words with Friends while parked at the gate. He loves WWF so much that he was willing to leave a plane for it, but he has already boarded another AA flight.

A few of Baldwin’s outraged fellow passengers took to their respective Twitter accounts to sound off on the events,

While the details of the story are primarily based on heresy (a few passengers swear that Baldwin was actually talking on his phone and not playing WWF) I think Baldwin’s publicist summed it up best in this Tweet.

Two and Half Men star Ashton Kutcher was caught getting down and flirty with Glee sensation Lea Michele on the red carpet for the premiere of their new movie New Years Eve (or as I like to call it, Valentine’s Day: Part II).

Kutcher, 33, who recently split from wife Demi Moore 49, certainly didn’t look to be grieving the end of his six-year marriage as he cozied up with Michele and flaunted their obvious chemistry front of cameras Monday night.  Maybe he’s ready to get back into the dating game with someone a little closer to his own age – Michele’s is 25.

For her part, Michele looked stunning in a nude, low-cut halter gown and Neil Lane accessories and Christian Louboutin sandals.  Can’t hate a girl for flaunting what she’s got!

MTV has finally released their first official trailer for Season 5 of The Jersey Shore!  Season 5 of the breakout reality hit will feature the cast getting back to their roots in Seaside Heights, New Jersey after a full season abroad in Italy – and apparently Snooki, Pauly D, The Situation and the rest of the gang couldn’t be happier to be getting their GTL on again back in the states.

On this week’s episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kim Kardashian blew a gasket when her younger sister Kourtney woke her up when she came into her room to say goodbye before leaving for the Hamptons.

It’s so rude to like literally wake me up when I have an alarm set… Khloe barged in here and woke me the f**k up… We’ve been working 18 hours a day… You know that I need to sleep. I’ve been falling asleep at everything that we f**king do.

I seriously would LOVE to know Kim K considers “working 18 hours a day”.  Being forced to hang out at clubs and walk red carpets just doesn’t get my sympathy. Here’s a thought – stop booking yourself at every event held on the continental U.S. and maybe you won’t be so exhausted.

After watching last night’s episode, Kim must have gotten a lot of grief from viewers, because the 31-year-old took to her Twitter to apologize for being such a – well, such a great, big, giant B.

I was so mean to Khloe… ’m sorry, KoKo! You know I love you soooo much! The things sisters do and say to each other.

Apparently, Kim’s outburst was due to the fact that she was about to go visit her now-estranged husband Kris Humphries in Minnesota and confront him about not living with her in NYC.  I guess that warrants being a little grumpy, but don’t take it out on your sister!

If you can even call what this kid did “unsportsmanlike”.

During this weekend’s championship game for the Massachusetts Division 4A title, Cathedral High School played Blue Hills in what promised to be a battle of the division giants.  After 45-minutes of  nail-biting play, deep in the fourth quarter, Cathedral quarterback Matthew Owens ran the ball for a touchdown that should have been the game-winner.

However, just before reaching the goal line, Owens thrust his arm into the air in victory (what a jerk, right?!) and referees called the touchdown back and placed the ball on the Bill Hills 24 years line.  From there it was all down hill – Owens threw an interception that lead to his team being defeated 16-14 in the final minutes of play.

This would’ve been Cathedral’s first Super Bowl victory in school history.

So this poses the question, have high school sports become too rigid in their attempts to keep things “fair”?  Should high school athletes be held to the same standards as college and professional athletes or should they be allowed to just play the game and have fun?  Let us know what you think!

Just days after ripping out one of her own extensions while performing, singer Demi Lovato suffered another wardrobe mishap during her concert in Dallas, Texas on November 26th.

The 19-year-old, who was wearing “a vintage-inspired dress with tiers of ruffles and a plunging neckline”, showed a little more skin to her fans than she intended when her “plunging neckline” plunged just a little too low, if you catch our drift…

But like any good performer, Lovato didn’t let one little nip-slip stop her from putting on a great show for her adoring fans – even though she was feeling a little under the weather.  Prior to her Dallas show, the headliner Tweeted,

Woke up so sick this morning but I WILL NOT let it stop me from putting on a killer show in my hometown tonight!!! Come on Dallas TX!!!

Thankfully, the ailing Demi will now get some much-needed downtime, she wrapped her 11-city tour, “A Special Night with Demi Lovato,” in Chicago, IL on Saturday night.

Pop star Rihanna debuted her latest look during Saturday night’s Jingle Bell Ball Concert in jolly old London, England.  The sultry songstress looked chic in her new cropped blonde locks and blunt bangs as she rang in the holiday season, rocking out in front of a sell-out crowd at the 02 Arena.

The 23-year-old ‘Make it Rain’ singer, closed out the show with a slammin’ performance (per usual) and eye-popping, ultra-modern fashion that featured fishnet stockings, a crop-top and a houndstooth sweater tied around her weight.  Not a combo you see everyday…or ever.

Uh oh…  Looks like there’s trouble in paradise!

According to reports, Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson was seen club hopping in LA last night with a girl that was not girlfriend and costar Kristen Stewart.  Dum dum dummmm.

Photographers snapped pictures of RPats as he left the bar Los Feliz with model/actress Sarah Roemer and continued on to another happenin’ Hollywood hotspot for more drinking and dancing with friends.

Maybe these two are just friends and maybe Kristen totally gave Rob her blessing to go have a night out on the town while she’s away filming her latest film Snow White and the Huntsman.

As if the Kardashians don’t already have enough legal woes, now a woman is filing suit against Khloe Kardashian for allegedly assaulting her outside of a Hollywood night club two years ago.

Um, aren’t there a statute of limitations on these things?

The woman pressing charges, Chantel Spears (aka Ronald Spears… if you catch my drift) claims that the youngest Kardashian sister  hit her “in and about her body” when their paths crossed on December 5, 2009.  First of all, what does hitting someone “in and about” their body even mean, and second of all – girl, this was two years ago – how long are you going to hold a grudge?

According to a source, the allegations have no merit and Khloe did absolutely nothing to warrant a lawsuit.

This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing. This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off. This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon!

After jokingly calling herself a “pothead” and a “stoner” in a viral web video taken on her 19th birthday, Miley Cyrus has become the poster child of what not to say when you’re being filmed – although she may have held that title before this little slip-up.

During the recurring “The Miley Cyrus Show” sketch on Saturday Night Live last night, cast member Vanessa Bayer used Miley’s most recent media flub to poke fun at the former Disney star.  During the sketch, Bayer, who plays Miley, chowed down on Doritos and giggled hysterically while interviewing one of her guests (played by Steve Buscemi) and was treated to an intervention by father Billy Ray Cyrus (played by Jason Sudekis) and Whitney Houston (played by Maya Rudolph).

It was, pretty cool.
