A-List lovebirds Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson have become one of Hollywood’s mainstay couples since they hooked up while working on the set of Twilight several years ago, but due to hectic work schedules and the demands of being two of the most sought after actors in the business, one has to ask:  How do they keep the romance alive?

According to sources, the pair do their best to make time for each other as much as possible when they’re not working.  Why, just this week they caught three different concerts, including one last night at The Hollywood Cafe, where their friend Johnny Flynn was performing.

An eyewitness Tweeted that the pair were anything but shy about PDA-ing it up,

ROB LEANING AGAINST THE WALL AND KRISTENS HAS HER BACK TO HIS CHEST… When they kissed they where side by side and at first they were whispering and the Rob bent down and it looked like he was whispering.

A little TMI for us, but hey – a RPats and KStew sighting is pretty exciting!

Hollywood hunk and star of The Lorax, Zac Efron, spoke with CBS Sunday Morning’s Tracy Smith about not considering himself anything but “Just Zac.”

I can’t explain to you what it’s like to be a heartthrob, [because] I don’t think I am a heartthrob… I hate [that word]. I hate it. It follows you around, but you don’t deserve it. It’s like, ‘Why?’

Why?  Have you looked in a mirror recently Zackie boy?  Let’s get real for a second here.

BFFs Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson hit the town in St. Petersburg, FL Monday night, for a fancy italian dinner and some quality Girls Night Out bonding.

As if they don’t already spend enough time together on the set of their new film Spring Breakers!

According to a source,

Selena and her friend seemed in good spirits, though they both looked a little bit tired… I’m sure they were just exhausted from working all day… They stayed for about two hours…They ordered a couple dishes to share and just spent the evening gabbing to each other. You could totally tell they were best friends!

Okay, so maybe it wasn’t exactly a “wild” night on the town, but hey – these longtime pals can make even a quiet dinner seem like a blast!    Especially when there are no boyfriends around to compete for their attention!  Sorry Justin…

Whether the rerelease of Titanic has you feeling giddy as a 7th grader again or makes you feel like leaping off of a seven story-high propeller blade – the 3D version of the James Cameron film is sure to make a splash in theaters next weekend.

While the $1.8 billion dollar grossing film certainly made her a household name around the world, actress Kate Winslet says that there are a few aspects of the movie that make her want to “throw up”.

I wish I could say, ‘Oh listen, everybody! It’s the Celine Dion song!’ But I don’t… I just have to sit there, you know, kind of straight-faced with a massive internal eye roll.

Listen Kate, you may hate that song, but for all of us girls out here that didn’t get to make out with Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio) before his body sank deep down into the abyss of the Atlantic Ocean – that song made scribbling our initials on spiral bound notebooks a little less pathetic.

Earlier today, Hilary Duff, who, along with hubby Mike Comrie, welcomed son Luca Cruz into the world last week, stepped out for the first time since leaving the hospital.

The 24-year-old headed to the West Hollywood hair salon Nine Zero One, looking fabulous in skin-tight leopard skinny jeans, a violet blouse and uber-high platform sandals.

But don’t let her good looks fool you – motherhood is no walk in the park!  Hilary took to her Twitter account earlier this week to let her fans know just how tough being a new mommy actually is!

Mama Monster Lady Gaga rang in her 26^th year yesterday with friends in sunny Cali-forn-ia.

Is anyone else, like, totally surprised that Lady Gaga is only 26?

The “Marry the Night” singer took in a private spin class with friends at Soul Cycle’s West Hollywood location where,

She requested [Bruce Springsteen’s] ‘Thunder Road’ because it’s one of her favorite songs… Her friends filled the studio, and they had a blast.

Well who wouldn’t have a blast getting their fitness on while listening to The Boss?

After a rigorous workout, Gaga headed to her parents for a special birthday dinner.

 It was just a small meal with her family.  Her mother cooked.

And a source close to the pop star says that the low-key celebration was just what the doctor ordered.

She’s been ridiculously busy, and has been working herself very, very hard.  But everyone had the most amazing time yesterday!

Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher has a bone to pick with his new Punk’d cohost, Justin Bieber…

Bieber and Kutcher were both on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, to chat about Bieber joining the cast of Punk’d – Kutcher’s practical joke reality show for MTV.  Apparently, Kutcher’s totally psyched about the partnership, but secretly (or not so secretly…) thinks that The Biebs is trying to become him…

Creeeeepy.

Ashton told Kimmel that Justin recently tried to buy his house in LA and that the “pop sensation” now drives a Fisker Karma, the same car he  drives!

AND, to make matters even worse, Justin has reportedly dumped longtime girlfriend Selena Gomez for a really old lady who looks like she could be his mother!

It’s not big deal but…

During Nickelodeon’s 25th annual Kids Choice Awards this Saturday night, First Lady Michele Obama will honor country music superstar Taylor Swift.

Oh wait, that’s actually a huge deal.  Congrats Tay-Tay!

According to sources, Swift will be presented with The Big Help Award  for her charitable efforts with Habitat for Humanity, the St. Jude Medical Center, the Red Cross and The Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Not a bad little resume if we do say so ourselves!

Hopefully The Big Help Award won’t be the only KCA trophy that T-Sweezy takes home Sunday night – The 22-year-old songstress is also nominated for Best Female Singer and Best Song {“Sparks Fly”).

The Kids’ Choice Awards will air Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET and will be hosted by Will Smith.

During his radio interview with Ryan Seacrest yesterday morning,  Justin Bieber admitted that he couldn’t keep his eyes open during The Hunger Games.

Ummm… we’re sorry, but – WHAT!?

Apparently, the 18-year-old pop star was too exhausted to make it through the 12:45am Thursday night showing of the box office smash – maybe  next time, grab a caffeinated soda at the snack bar on your way in, big guy.

I went at 12:45 and fell asleep because it was so late and I had worked all day. I thought it was cool to go to a 12:45 premiere but it was a two-hour movie.

Even though he can’t seem to stay awake through one of the most exciting films of the year, the Biebs is poised and ready to make the transition to the big screen himself.

We’re working on scripts right now… Mark Wahlberg and I are working on a script right now. It’s not fully done, but we’re going to be doing a movie together soon.

We wonder if Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson will be able to keep from napping in the theater…

But it wasn’t all movie talk during Justin’s stop by On Air with Ryan Seacrest – the Canadian-born singer also confirmed his Summer 2012 tour!

After I finish my album and my album comes out, I’m going to rehearse for my tour and then I’m going to go on tour… So probably… this summer. End of summer.

Country music sweetheart Taylor Swift and Glee’s Dianna Agron opted for a ladies night when they headed out to catch The Hunger Games in NYC last night.

Are there even any other movies playing right now?

The gals looked adorable in oversized sweaters (totally key for freezing cold movie theaters, are we right?  What is UP with the AC in those places?) and understated makeup – they actually looked like normal, cute New Yorkers!

Although rumors have been circulating over both ladies trying to woo New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow, it doesn’t look like these besties are going to let any man come between them.

Unless of course it’s Peeta Mellark…
