One Direction Lands Nickelodeon Series
The rumors are true ladies and gents! Well, probably just ladies – you men aren’t really in to these guys…
According to reports, Briiitsh-Irish pop sensation One Direction has landed a series on Nickelodeon and fans are none to pleased. After the announcement was made, One Directions supporters took to their Twitter accounts using the hashtag #1DPleaseDontGoToNick, to voice their concern over the band making the move from music to television.
Band members Niall Horan, 18, Zayn Malik, 19, Liam Payne, 18, Harry Styles, 18, and Louis Tomlinson, 20, appear poised and ready to follow in the footsteps of fellow Nick superstar pop group Big Time Rush, who launched their program on the network back in 2010.
