Here we go again…

MTV’s controversial reality hit 16 and Pregnant is back for a fourth season of dysfunction, dirty diapers, and baby mama drama! We’re not sure if we’re totally excited or totally disgusted.

In a clip released from the upcoming season, 16-year-old Mackenzie, opens up about her life’s passion: Cheerleading.

Competitive cheerleading is my life… Since I’m planning on cheerleading in college when I graduate in two years, I’m always trying to stick the most dangerous stunts.

During the video, a hugely pregnant Mackenzie assures her mother that, after the baby comes, she will be right back at the top of the pyramid with “a six-pack and no stretch marks.”

Good luck to yeah, Mack.
