This month’s Elle Magazine cover girl, Selena Gomez may be an ocean away from her boy toy Justin Bieber, but that hasn’t stopped her from gushing about her relationship with the 18-year-old “Boyfriend” singer.

Okay, maybe gushing is the wrong word.  Selena never gushes…

The notoriously tight-lipped Gomez wouldn’t delve into too much detail during her interview with Elle, but she did share that Justin has all the right moves when it comes to keeping their romance alive!

If I’ll share anything with you, it’s that he really is a hopeless romantic… I had just mentioned it in the car — all I said is that I really want to see Titanic again, and then…

Selena was of course, referencing to when, earlier this year, The Biebs rented out The Staples Center in L.A., so that he could share private movie date with his GF.  Now that was a grand romantic gesture – especially for a 17-year-old kid!  When we were 17, the most romantic thing we could hope for was that our dates would actually remember to buy our prom tickets!

Within the pages of Elle, Selena also opens up about transitioning from a Disney star to more adult roles.

I get offered the teenybopper movies, and I’ve done that. I haven’t done a mega-hundred-billion-dollar Transformers movie, but that’s not what I want to do either… Disney is a machine, so people automatically assume that you can’t work for the channel unless you act and sing and dance and sign up for all that. That’s absolutely not true. I always did everything the way I wanted to do it.

In a surprisingly candid moment, Selena spoke about her childhood and growing up with very little money.

I can remember about seven times when our car got stuck on the highway because we’d run out of gas money… [But my mom]saved up to take me to concerts. She took me to museums, aquariums, to teach me about the world, about what’s real.
