After getting into a heated altercation with paparazzo Jose Sarros back on May 27th, pop star Justin Bieber has struck a deal that will keep his oh-so-adorable booty out of the courtroom.

The “Boyfriend” singer has offered Mr. Sarros a healthy payout to drop any assault charges stemming from their interaction at the Calabassas Shopping Center last month.  However, it’s not quite as neat and tidy as it sounds.  According to sources, The Bieb is also granting permission for Sarros to snap exclusive images of he and girlfriend Selena Gomez in the future.

Since they would be photos that would be exclusive for him. Jose will be tipped off where Justin and Selena are at times and he will get first dibs on shots and other setups.

Wait a minute… Isn’t that exactly what started this whole problem in the first place?
