Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi gave birth to her son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, her first child with fiancé, Jionni LaValle, shortly before 3AM.

Weighing in at 6-pound, 5-oz., little Lorenzo is doing just fine and has already stolen his pint-sized mommy’s heart.  The MTV star took to her Twitter this morning to announce the birth of her son to her millions fans, who were all anxiously awaiting the news with bated breath.

I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE’S MY WORLD! ❤

A rep for the couple also made a public statement regarding “Enzo’s” arrival:

The world just got another Guido!!!… Nicole, Jionni and Enzo are doing great!

A few of Snooki’s Jersey Shore castmates also took to the Twitterverse to voice their support for their former partner in crime.
