According to sources, an armed intruder was caught by police at Miley Cyrus’ L.A. home early Saturday morning.  Apparently, the man Jason Luis Rivera, 40, jumped the fence surrounding Cyrus’ home armed with scissors and an apple.

Yes, an apple.

Rivera told police he was a “friend” of Miley’s and that he was on her property simple because he wanted to see her.  He later told investigators that Miley was his wife.

Wonder what Liam Hemsworth will have to say about that one?

Shortly before the intrusion, Cyrus took to her Twitter account to dish about her stellar week:

This week has been so positive! 2.5 men, VMAS, new website, confirming a single 4 later this year =] life couldn’t be sweeter #blissed out.
