Oh man, this again?

According to reports, Mariah Yeater’s attorneys are claiming that Justin Bieber never followed through with his promise to provide a DNA sample for a paternity test to disprove that he is the father of Yeater’s now 15-month-old son.

You guys remember this whole thing, right?  Mariah alleged that she and Justin conceived a child when she met him backstage after one of his concerts two years ago.  Justin obviously denied the claims and we thought this whole mess was over and done with!

However, according to Yeater’s attorney,

I have not seen [Bieber’s] DNA test results or had them scrutinized. If there was a first test, and I have no documentation to say there even was, I wasn’t provided with the results. I have not had my demands for an independent DNA test carried out by Mr. Bieber.

You’ll remember that back when these allegations first surfaced, The Bieb was more than eager to provide his, um, “sample” to disprove Mariah’s claims.

Regardless of whether or not Justin provided his DNA sample, we still think that Yeater should just drop this whole thing.  Does she not remember all those damning texts that were leaked from her so-called friend?
