“Pretty Little Liars” hottie, Tyler Blackburn, who plays “bad boy” Caleb in the ABC Family show, has signed up for the role of John Lichtfield in NBC’s pilot for “Brave New World”.

What will happen to Caleb now? We want him back for PLL season 2, which premieres in June. The good news is the new show is not expected to interfere with his work on PLL because the shows will be filmed at different times.

Phew. The bad news is – PLL executive producer, Olive Goldstick, said, “We will indeed see our Caleb again… [Tyler] will be available to us until July, so we’re not that concerned.” July? NO. We want more!

Actors Liam Hemsworth, best known as Miley Cyrus’ potential current boyfriend/ex-boyfriend, and Josh Hutcherson, who starred in “The Kids Are All Right”, have officially joined hottie Jennifer Lawrence in “The Hunger Games”.

Lionsgate announced in an official press released Josh and Liam will play the roles of Peeta Mellark and Gale Hawthorne, respectively. So, Josh is the love interest and Liam is the best friend. Hot love triangle?

Jennifer will play the lead role of Katniss Everdeen, the heroin of the best selling young-adult trilogy written by Suzanne Collins. The movie is scheduled to be released in March 2012.

Lily Collins in scooping up some coveted roles.

The 22 year-old actress has been cast as Snow White in Relativity Media’s film The Brothers Grimm: Snow White. The part was reported to have Saoirse Ronan as the actress who would get the offer, however Collins has snapped up the hot part.

Collins has also been offered the role of Stormy Llewellyn in Odd Thomas. That role was initially said to have Emma Roberts circling, but again, Collins has nabbed the offer.

Not only is the actress cast in these two films, she was cast as Clary Fray for The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones movie. This was announced in December of 2010 but no further casting developments have come since then.

Collins must be doing something right!

“True Grit” star, Hailee Steinfeld, who was nominated for an Oscar of Best Supporting Actress, is set to become Sleeping Beauty in a new movie take of the fairy tale of the sleeping princess written by Lindsay Devlin.

In this movie, the story is told from the princess’ point of view as she enters the dream world  and desperately tries to escape (Inception-style). The 14 year-old actress lands her first major leading role after losing the lead role of “Hunger Games” to an older actress, Jennifer Lawrence.

Hailee was also recently cast in “Forgotten”, a movie about a girl who loses her memory every day at 4:33 pm. This is going to be Hailee’s year!

Robert Pattinson has a new leading lady! The Twilight star is going to replace Kristen Stewart with a new actress named Sarah Gadon, who will play his estranged wife in a new futuristic thriller titled “Cosmopolis”.

The 23 year-old actress is best known for her work in ABC’s “Happy Town” and CBS’ “Flashpoint”. Sarah also starred in “Cadet Kelly”, a Disney Channel movie. The role of RPattz’s wife was first offered to Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard and Keira Knightley.

In “Cosmopolis”, Robert plays Eric Parker, a 28 year-old multimillionaire who basically loses a fortune in the course of one day, while trying to deal with the normal daily issues and a murder attempt. Production starts on April 4, but the movie still doesn’t have a release date.

Two of the hottest actresses under 25 may be making their marks on an iconic fairytale character for movie screens.

Saoirse Ronan is in talks to take on the role for the film The Brothers Grimm: Snow White, which has just signed 24 year-old Armie Hammer from The Social Network, for a part. This version is from Relativity Media.

Kristen Stewart is going to be the lead in the Universal film Snow White and The Huntsman with Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen. Viggo Mortensen, who was in negotiations for the huntsman role is no longer attached as his deal just fell through.

Each script will have a different spin on the original tale, with The Brothers Grimm staying a little closer to the original, perhaps.

Neither Ronan or Stewart would likely take on a movie where Snow is helpless (in fact, in The Huntsman version, Snow White is trained to fight by the man who should have killed her,) so expect both of these versions to have strong female characters.

Both films are due in 2012 – The Brothers Grimm in June and The Huntsman out December.

So let me ask you would you go to either film just because of Stewart or Ronan? Having two Snow White movies in one year – even if they are different – is that too much?

Victoria Justice is heading to the big screen.

The Nickelodeon star has landed the lead role in Fun Size, the feature film debut from Josh Schwartz, creator of The O.C.

The Hollywood Reporter says the plot “centers on a sarcastic teenage girl who is forced to take her little brother trick-or-treating on Halloween, then loses him and must find him before their mother finds out.”

Filming should begin this spring and it has a possible release date of October 2012.

Schwartz has two television pilots currently going for The CW – Hart of Dixie, starring Rachel Bilson and Georgetown with Katie Cassidy.

Justice will perform “Beggin’ On Your Knees’ at the Kids Choice Awards on April 2nd, hosted by Jack Black.

Emma Roberts is in demand.

The 20 year-old actress headed to the Sucker Punch premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday (March 24th) night after landing yet another film role.

Roberts, who wore a black and white floral top and pants from Razan Alazzouni, was just cast as the lead in Adult World, as a recent college grad who thinks she’s destined for great things, only to end up working in an adult bookstore. She may costar again with Zach Galifianakis (he’s been offered a role) who she worked with on It’s Kind of A Funny Story.

The young actress was cast in Neil Patrick Harris‘ directorial debut, Aaron and Sarah with Josh Hutcherson, and is shortlisted for the role of Stormy Llewelleyn in Odd Thomas.

Her next completed film, Scream 4 will be in theaters April 15th.

Josh Hutcherson has landed in Havana, Cuba to film with acclaimed actor Benicio Del Toro.

Del Toro is making his directorial debut in 7 Days in Havana. The film is shot in 7 parts with different directors for each day of the week who provide their vision on life in the Cuban city.

Del Toro is helming the segement Monday, as a fictionalized documentary with Hutcherson playing Yuma, an American actor traveling to Havana for the first time and discovering the culture.

The 18 year-old actor told reporters it was easy to work with Del Toro “because of the way he directs.”

Hutcherson just finished filming Journey 2 with Vanessa Hudgens.

Ashley Greene gets a work out in Friday morning in Los Angeles on an unusually cloudy and rainy morning.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn actress has been spotted around L.A. with her boyfriend, Joe Jonas at a couple of restaurants, including Urth Cafe where they grabbed a vegan bite to eat.

Greene, who should be joining her Breaking Dawn costars in Vancouver soon, lined up her next project after Twilight wraps. The 24 year-old actress will join Christopher Walken and Shirley MacLaine in Wim Wenders movie Boom Boom Room.

Not much is known about the film except it is described as “a magical tale set in a desert milieu,” and U2 front man Bono will produce.
