Christian Serratos headed down the red carpet at the 13th Annual Young Hollywood Awards presented by Bing at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on Friday, May 20th.

The 20 year-old actress opted for a cute tribal print dress from All Saints and Christian Louboutin heels for the ceremony.

Serratos was asked by reporters earlier in the week about Twilight: Breaking Dawn and while she couldn’t say much, she did say if she had her choice of roles, she’d like to be a hybrid like Renesme!

Serratos, who will begin filming The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn in New Orleans in the next couple of weeks, has been busy attending Hollywood parties including PETA’s 30th anniversary and the 2010 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party (see photos here.)

Serratos has also completed work on another film, 96 Minutes, but that has no release date yet. She costars with Brittany Snow in the movie about four kids whose lives intersect through a carjacking, the decisions they make and the effect those choices have.

The gals of Twilight took the red carpet of the 8th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles and were chic and glamorous for the event.

Nikki Reed wore a flowing metallic gold dress by Michael Kors and her Breaking Dawn costar, Christian Serratos, stepped out in a shimmering silver shift mini.

Lucky Christian Serratos stopped by the YMI offices and scored great looking new denim and tees for her time. The Twilight Saga cast member just turned 19 (September 21st!) and got the advance on YMI’s newest skinny jean – which coincidentally – hits shelves for the rest of us mere mortals right around the release of New Moon - late November. BTW – That turquoise necklace she’s wearing – she made with her mom! Very cute!
